YES another blockbuster. Every single one of your points happens to be spot on. May I ask for a favor? Can you please go over what your systems and processes and software you use for follow up and nurturing. In particular: 1- How quickly do you call the lead? (5 minute?) 2- Do you call or text? 3- How often and for how long? 4- What software Thank you Mike🙏
Thanks Allen! Those are awesome questions... Soon as I get back from vacation I will make a video answering each and every one of those for you. Expect to see that coming around mid October 👀🙏🏼
Excellent video! Greatly appreciate that you offer this kind of information for free, thank you! Can you expand on #9? Perhaps I missed the warm-up ad vs the CTA ad? Ads link to landing pages for the listing and you use the form to collect information prior to them getting the direct link, correct? Do you A/B test form vs no form links to landing pages?
Thanks Joey! I'm glad you enjoyed the video :) The free FB Ads guide does a pretty good job at explaining all of that! → bit.ly/2L7qI8H It's important to warm up the audience before hitting them with CTA ads. So providing value first with a market update video, or a business / community highlight, etc. I do split test that especially when helping agents in different markets. It's important not to make blind assumptions!

Using custom questions in leads form can qualify the leads even more so that we don't get people who are just browsing the listings, instead of getting actual people who are interested in buying a home!
