Schack Book Club presents John McNellis

Schack Book Club’s next event will be held on zoom and we’ll be exploring “Making it in Real Estate: Starting Out as a Developer” Second Edition by John McNellis who will be joining us live to share his insights on being a developer and how to get started, alongside selected-familiar panelists from our Schack community including Professor Brian Schwargerl, book club founder Peter Skevas and former book club student-leader Jeremy Zenilman.
John McNellis started out his career practicing law and 5 years later began involving himself in real estate development deals. Today, McNellis has 30+ years in ground-up retail development experience and is thrilled to share his wisdom and insights with Schack students and alumni.
