- Ken Fish teaches from Jeremiah 23 and warns about things that can go wrong with the prophetic. Prophecy is more than a parlour game. The prophetic movement has become a polluted stream.
The most powerful thrust of prophecy is actually something that emerges in times of social change and in times of renewing the faith of the people of God. The Lord is raising up prophets who prophesy well. The enemy is trying to destroy the ministry of prophecy at every turn - if he can close the mouths of the prophets, it has the effect of slowing/stopping the work of God. If we can get things on track then the work of God will be accelerated. Prophecy is normally right on the leading edge of what the Lord would do in an environment.

At the 1:50 mark Chris called an old relationship with a dark vow God wants to break and Holy Spirit brought a similar thing to mind in my long ago past. I prayed along in faith and was set free. Praise Jesus!

Courts of Heaven? Haven’t deep dived into those books and teaching, but Lk 18? I pray that way in faith.
Also, one Sunday I saw Jesus, with my eyes open in whitish form, came to church to listen to pastor’s sermon, excited to listen and loving the pastor.
Next Sunday I saw a high up portal in church. Thrones in heaven and cloud of witnesses listening to the sermon. Turned out a small but sincere faction was unhappy with his sermons and recommending we dismiss him.
Seems to me that God cared about their thoughts, but still supported our pastor.

I DREAMED AN EAGLE CAME INTO MY HOUSE. I was sick in bed (since 1999). I got up to find whatever had entered and found it in my back bedroom. I got on my knees in front of it. IT WAS HUGE! I stared up close and eye to eye- very powerful and intimidating.
I also have EYE problems, cannot paint or read anymore.

I think there is some prophecy going on in the traditional denomination and they fail to realize it and fail to practice it.
All I needed to hear was the name of the profit Bob Jones. Now I know how this will go.

Greetings from an Australian FIFO mining town. I think Ken got the wrong end of the stick (as we would say) about FIFO mining. The men (and women) are not out of TOWN for two weeks to work the mines, they are out of the major CITIES for two weeks or so, living IN the TOWNS near the mines for this time. This means any lonely spouses are to be found in the cities on the east and west coast, not in mining towns. OMO is a washing powder brand.
What is meant by the word ‘ court ‘ in Daniel 7:10 ? Is this referring to a judicial seat at the end of days when judgement will be rendered ? I cannot find any Greek / Hebrew meanings or commentaries that make sense. I hope Ken can give some further teaching on this particularly with the revelations from this much enjoyed session with Chris Reed. Thank you so much for posting !

I heard a prophet say that Noah Harrari is a false prophet. Joseph Smith, etc.
It sounds like we can be gracious to say”a mistaken prophecy” or a “mistaken prophet”. “We know in part and 1:01:29 prophesy in part.”
But how good to use your advice to sharpen our accuracy.

I had a dream about Trump b4 the election. I was his tour guide of a Christian college. When I arrived in the small room where he was leaving his stuff (a guitar for worship, a gym bag, etc.) he was sitting at a computer. He invited me to look at the computer. “See how these numbers are not adding correctly?” he asked me. I had little interest in his problems with a computer program, but it WAS important. And I missed it!

I am married to a senior pastor in the PCA denomination (in Sarasota, FL,) who, along with elders have prayed and anointed me with oil since coming down with Shingles and debilitating nerve damage in July of 2021. I’m virtually an invalid since then! (I’m only 54 yrs old)
Interestingly, my husband was preaching through a series on Spiritual Warfare at the time of my illness.
Six months later I lost my senses of smell/taste to Covid.

Do you you have anything you would recommend for me to do, in case there is the possibility I can be free of some/all of this? What great fear and loss has overcome me in these couple of years…the greatest trial of my life.

Not sure why Ken is so bothered by Robert Henderson's Courts of Heaven "Judicial courts don't exist in the bible" seems to me that's splitting hairs as Solomon certainly saw a case in his court, also Esther brought a petition to court multiple times. If he is so bothered by this why did he pair up with Chris Reed who just put out a book on being taken to a library in heaven? (no mention of librairies in the bible I know of but I have no problem taking it as a metaphor). As to casting out Gnosticism in the church - you can't lay that all at Henderson's door. Gnosticism is in the air we breathe and the church falls prey to it. I could probably have had my last meal in December with all the calls to fasting: fasting for January to start the year, for Lent, for Israel, for pride month, for ministries breakthroughs.... Asceticism much??
