@@Simon-oy7kf true.. genetics is very important role specially, when you got huge elbow curve (cubitus valgus) lower body weight higher than upper body, supper tiny wrist which looks ugly even with huge forearms and makes trouble to hold your body in any move or skill, there are many genetic issue pelvic, legs, height and more... even thats why in Armed forces they reject this types of people, specially cury elbow. Sorry for my bad English.
@@Bakii77 its not about workout Chou, its about skill.. when you achieve Planche in 7 month with extremely curvy elbow(cubitus valgus) but you not able to hold hand stand because of curvy elbow genetics.. even after 3 years
he looks huge if hes alone yea, but he doesnt really look huge when theres people standing with him in the video, he got a nice build and is ripped but not really what you consider huge he looks quite unnatural in some shots but honestly who cares if he took stuff
I am from Algeria, if the children of my country are here, even my Moroccan and Tunisian brothers, and all countries, with your love, let them honor me with participation.
I dont get how people get to this level of these workouts honestly. They seem to defy all of gravity. I have been trying to work towards some of this for months and have had very little progress.
It makes it easier for them lol and thats why i have problems with advanced calisthenics..my legs are big, im getting there though. No excuses for me haha
I don't think it's sad, it an awesome way to make skills a lot more efficient, I don't mant to train legs, I don't like having huge legs, and I wouldn't know what to do with big legs if I had them
His muscles are something anyone can achieve, the reason they look so big is because he's a small person. His lucky genetics also make bodyweight exercises way easier
His biceps ripped. But he is in recovery and he will come to his old skills and form, thats inspiring!
How did he tear it?
