The heart of gameplay is simple. Move your Villain’s sculpted mover to a new location on their realm board to access the actions at that location. Use actions to play your cards, move closer to your objective, and draw from your opponents’ Fate deck disrupt their carefully made plans with meddling heroes. Heh, I’m more comfortable with having the Villain deck on the left of the board while the fate is on the right, and both discard piles are underneath their respective decks.

Is this just introduction to evil? Because it just says Disney Villainous so I'm confused on if these are just the new rules universally?

Yes, the instructions say these are the new universal rules however I personally mix and match some rules such as players getting power depending on their order (player 2 gets 1 power, player 3 gets 2 power, so on) and the use of the fate token protecting the previous player to be targeted by a fate action.
