Soursop is my absolute favorite. Sweet, custardy and filling like nothing else from a tree.

Have 2 trees here in northern Thailand. Fruits are looking ready today. Usually give them away to the neighbors. I'm going to try to make juice from a few, for myself, this year.

I've found the safest ones to buy in the grocery stores, are the ones that have no black marks on the skin. All green or light green! Glad several grocery stores in the greater Toronto area get them in on a regular basis. It's become a regular part of my diet!

Apart from the back and the seed that should not be eaten, Is it the spongy-like white succulent inside flesh, we should eat or licked &;swallow all , or we should throw also the sponggy-like white material out after licking/sucking it?

I love soursop but my only concern is with the tiny little black seed spots in the pulp throughout the fruit and my health, it's fairly impossible to eat the fruit without ingesting quite a few
