  • In this video me and isla (my daughter) go to pick up a nice little gilera dna 50cc i had to push it back home for nearly 2 miles with isla sitting on it haha, we split the engine cases and diagnose why it failed, like and subscribe and hit the like button if you enjoy watching these videos part 2 coming soon.

    I've just looked on pedparts and they seem to have plenty of crankshafts to choose from

    The crank is toast. It looks like it had seized up, and been left outside with the top end off.
    On PM Tuning TH-cam videos they have a guide to rebuilding the Piaggio engines.
    You either buy a better crank and top end, or just buy a cheaper crank to match the 101 cylinder.
    Either way once you add in crank, seals, bearings and the oil pump belt it's going t be over £100. Double if you go with a better brand.

      Everything ordered up didnt go for the fancy brands, spent about £110👌🏻

    I would get cheapest replacement crank put on the piston kit youve got and sell on as it will probably get trashed anyways (just my opinion)🤔👍😀
