I still watch last year's one of Yvonne's garden. It would be so wonderful to have her demonstrate pruning her climbing roses going up the chimney! I'm in California, so this is so appreciated.
@rosemama20, we need a tutorial~!
Bello! This is a very beautiful garden. I think one of the very best! Excellente! Grazie mille for lovely tour of garden
Thank you so much for watching!
I'd love to go plant shopping with Yvonne!!
Great job Yvonne, what a beautiful garden you’ve created! ❤
I’d love to see your garden in person.
Thank you for watching!
Wow as much as I love the roses the shade woodland area is just transporting. I would not want to leave that space.
I feel the same way!
Wow! Every inch of that garden is a fairytale and the fact that she does it all herself is beyond amazing
I agree! Such inspiration!
Stunning ❤
Thank you for watching!
Absolutely stunning!
Oh my! I could watch this garden over and over again.
I wish this video was so much longer.
This is paradise! I can't get enough of this garden!
🎄🌳🎋🌲🥀🌻💮🌲🌳
Thank you so much for watching. Yvonne is amazing!
This garden is just so amazing especially considering Yvonne does it all herself. So much to take away. Thanks again for these videos.
You are most welcome! Thank you for being a part or Rose Geeks!
Blown away that she does this herself. What an inspiration.
I agree! Thank you for watching.
Stunning!!!!!!💐 I really wish my roses would bloom while short😅
It will happen before you know it! Thank you for being a part or Rose Geeks!
I remember Desdemona standards were planted for white garden in last year video.. The tree trunk slices for the path in Japanese Garden (woodland garden) is amazing idea. I wonder how it was made.. And banana leave bench is beautiful.. Thank you for sharing again this beautiful garden..❤
The standards are Bolero.🤍
The wood slices are 4 inches, treated with sealant two coats on each side and set on gravel dust and a thin layer of gravel. I used play sand to “lock” them in after hammering the slices down with a mallet. All wood free from FB marketplace…took me about 7 trips to different people.
@@rosemama9995thanks Yvonne for answers.. you are so awesome to make such beautiful garden…🌹
Oh poo! Sorry I got that wrong Yvonne. Bolero is an amazing rose.
I see Yvonne responded to you and corrected that the standards were Bolero. A fantastic rose! Thank you for watching.
Thank you for another video of this gorgeous garden. So many wonderful ideas and just when you think it couldn't get more beautiful, Yvonne introduces some new elements to create even more fabulous touches. Yvonne, you are so creative with an enviable artistic eye. Love, love love everything! What are the roses climbing the blue obelisks in the apricot rose bed?❤ Such a joy to watch during our Australian winter😊 ❤
Thank you for watching. Hopefully Yvonne will respond soon!
The climbing roses are all different on each obelisk. From left to right: Obelisk 1: Ghislaine de Feligonde and Our Lady of Shallot; 2: The Lark Ascending; 3: Our Lady of Shallot and Polka; 4: Quicksilver Arborose and Colette; 5: Honeymoon Arborose and Wollerton Old Hall,
@@rosemama9995Thank you so much Yvonne. They are all beautiful 😍
She does that herself! Awesome awesome awesome :)
I agree! I want to be Yvonne when I grow up. :)
Hi Kimberley, I love the crown princess margarita in her garden. Really nice.
Thanks so much for always being so supportive of my channel 😊
“Too much statuary” is my “figurine-eeny”. I’m always asking my husband is this too figurine-eeny? 😂
LOL
Breathtaking, Yvonne!😍
🤗 So glad you liked visiting Yvonne's garden with me!
Thank you for another wonderful tour ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it!
French words: espalier pronounced “es-pa-lee-ay” emphasis on each syllable (as are all French words). Zepherine is Zeh-fer-reen, and Drouhin is Drew-an. These are the ones I’ve heard because I’m skipping to parts of the garden I like. Glad to hear peonies pronounced as the Latin “pee-oh’-nee-ah.” Thank you for this tour! (I don’t mean to be rude with the pronunciations. I speak French, so thought I could help out.)
I am so appreciative of your kind help. I have practiced a few times now with your help and hopefully I can get it right next time. Thank you Thank you Thank you! :)
👍😊🙏
Thank you for being a part of Rose Geeks!
Amazing amazing garden! Where did Yvonne purchase her garden accents such as banana leaf bench, statues and the white fountain? They are so beautiful and unique.
Various places: mostly estate sales, my local garden nursery and online.
@@rosemama9995 thank you !
Thank you for watching!
TY...
You are most welcome!
❤❤❤
Thank you for watching!
Many thanks for bringing this video to us. Amazing garden, great design. Is it possible to know the names of the big Hostas (on the right) at timestamp 8.36 and 8.44?
Thank you for watching. Hopefully Yvonne will respond soon.
There are quite a few hostas at those time stamps. The big chartreuse ones are Sum and Substance. The pale yeast, low and green one on the right is Liberty. The bluer one is probably Krossa Regal.
@@rosemama9995 Thank you.
We would love to have Yvonne narrate and show us everything ! I would love to know what kind of boxwoods she used ! Where she gets the blue benches and arbor I just want everything
She is such a joy and I would love to walk around with her again!
What treatment does she give her roses and how often? they look so disease free!!
Hopefully Yvonne will respond and let you know how she treats.
Where does Yvonne purchase the wood arbors? Any idea?
The blue ones are Walpole (vinyl/Azek type material).
I see Yvonne responded to you below. Thank you for watching!
