There’s a guy named thechristianking and he said “Thomas is not fit to teach scripture.” His ignorance shows what lacks. Thank you St. Thomas for all you’ve taught us. Thank you God for sending us a mortal with a gifted mind. Good video, Wagner.
As a fellow catholic i need your help. There is a channel called Christianking i think he is a unitarian or a protestant and he recently made a stream trying to debunk our dear catholic church. Can you please make a review or a refutation of his arguments, please?
Brother if a neophyte like “ Christianking “ bothers u than u gotta go deep into learn ur faith, he is absolutely atrocious and insufferable, if this guy got in a real debate he would be a fallacy machine bro, u have nun to worry about with him. God bless 🙏🏾
I have not read anything from this saint. Can anyone recommend me a simple intro to his works, I would like to build a foundation before reading anything complex and dense thanks in advance
I am truly on the fence about staying in the RCC or joining the EO. In fact i've been a EO catechumen for 5 months but i've gone back to mass a few times. I belong to a Novus Ordo parish. I just can't square Catholicism pre-Vat II & the post-concilliar church of today. Idc what Pope Francis says off hand in interviews and speeches but I am deeply bothered by documents like Amoris Laeticia entering the Magisterium despite it containing a clear departure from Church teaching in allowing those in mortal sin to receive the Eucharist. I look at the Vat II docs & their ambiguity. God isn't the author of confusion so how can those documents be of the Spirit? If they are not yet still carry tremendous influence on the Church then of what use is the Magisterium?
Yeah, I've been debating joining EO or not for a while. I can't square the circle of V2 Catholicism anymore. Perhaps that was the point: to turn away the faithful. The Magisterium knows the stats: people are dropping out. It's on purpose.
Even if Vatican II were false (it is not) the Filioque, Divine simplicity, Papal infallibility, Purgatory and all other dogmas of the faith would still be true. The Greeks accepted this at Florence
Pray for a man who is in a critical condition and for all other people who suffer

I'm not seeing where it allows those in mortal sin to receive the Eucharist. Would you be able to quote the text?
