After I get out of Helen Ahead straight for Whiterun I Use the wagon To travel to Solitude and Riften I focus on smithing enchanting alchemy Until they get to 100 I don't do any quest. Some people don't like this. I don't care I am preparing like you would In real life. They take 300percent of The damage and you do 1/4of the damage. This puts you on on even ground with the enemy's on legendary. It's not hard it's actually pretty quick I do have a good Strategy for this.
