HLM stands for Hazard Level MAX.
AKA Hazard Level 333%.

Not exactly.
The Hazard Level is the difficulty of the shift.
Meaning that the kings in this video are at MAX HP, but there are more bosses and lessers, as well as the quota hitting max (30 wave one, 32 wave two, 35 wave three).

It’s quite the grind for just one.
