when it comes to STO, I miss the days before the DPS craze. Battles actually had some difficulty and TFOs required teamwork to succeed. Now you can just outdamage any challenge the game throws at you. My poor old Tank Engineer main sat dormant for years because no one needs a tanky character anymore.
yeah, i like the mix of TNG and phasing into Picard era ships. it's a little detail but it show's they thought about what time this was taking place in.
I still LOVE The fact that at least the Ares class is now anywhere other than the fanmade project... so sad it will never be completed. Still her legacy lives on.

He still put the lives of those he served with ahead of himself, and his sacrifice is what ultimately allowed the crews of the Titan-A and Enterprise-D to save the day in the end.
I liked Bedrosian before this. She would have been my choice for first officer, but then she pulled this stunt, and all of my respect for her went out the window.
their race uses crystals as the basis for their tech(the T'kon where seen in TNG in the ep where the Enterprise and a ferengi heap of junk are stuck over a planet), the beams when hitting cause crystals to grow which in turn can take control of ships they also have another weapon that transfers Tkon consciousness into a new host body.

Their uniforms, discipline and massive arsenals aren't just for show or they would be terrible peacekeepers, although the "golden age" of the early 24th century massively dulled their edge. "Militarism" is just a dirty word for readiness tbh.
It's PS4, i doubt this would run on a 360/ps3. End of the day this isn't a AAA game and it doesn't cost that of a AAA release either. If you want shiny you won't find it here.@@AlexVardr

Yeah, she's a Centaur. Basically the new Miranda class design update starship. The Ares was OK but it didn't really sit well with me.

they aren't proper cutscenes, they are done with the same assets as gameplay. It's also a PS4 game running on PS5 they didn't make a PS5 version.
