No contact is not some magic method that makes your ex fall back in love with you. No contact is done for you not them. It should never be done for them. Understand that no contact may result in you losing them and you have to be ok with that. Simply not talking to your ex while not working on yourself is not going to be enough. No contact means I don't need you in my life. You can still want them but you have to show by your actions and realize in your mind that you don't need them. If you still feel you need them or are trying to get them back it won't work.

People, please stop chasing them, never ask about them from mutuals! It impacts the process differently and you’ve to start all over again if you get to know something disturbing. It happened to me I ruined my 3 months of silence which gave me some peace but unfortunately, their friend called me randomly and we talked about the breakup eventually and I got to know some awful news. Right after the breakup they followed other women and met with them. This broke my heart again and I jumped back to the first stage of the breakup now it’s been 5 months and I still feel that ache in my heart. I wakeup with a heavy heart again and I hate it!

She reached out after 5 months. February 11th and 20th. I did not answer. Showed 0 reaction. Also , her birthday was March 5th. I DID NOT wish her happy birthday. We were together 14 years. She discarded me back in September. I will likely never talk to her again if she reaches out so , hopefully she isn't wanting to reach out again. She lost her chance. I am permanently gone. It's like my sister said , she likely was pist I didn't answer her calls. She was probably expecting me to drop everything I was doing and answer her. Nope. Not no more. My ex that I have loved for two years broke up with me. I do side gigs at the hospital that she works at and trust and believe I’m going to continue to work there because the hospital is big enough for the both of us. I’m not going to let a break up get in the way of me making money.
In a weird situation right now. I work with her, guaranteed to see her once a month because I'm in the military. And there is nothing but radio silence between us. She's stated she doesn't see me the same anymore, but she also stated she wanted to be friends. I did everything that one shouldn't do when faced with a breakup. Flowers, letters, begging. Ultimately I have to come to peace with this fact- she isn't my person. I thought this was the one. More so than any other woman. And I knew all of my shortcomings. I did my best and so did she. In the end, I wish for my peace and happiness and hers as well. She wants nothing to do with me. So I'll have to leave her be. I've broken no contact twice lol but each time the days between are longer and longer. I have hope that in a couple of months I'll be alright. Weird though, I don't feel like jumping into something new, or dating right now. God just have me time to focus on me I guess. Blessings and healing to you all. Love.

@@beautyalgorithm u are definitely not alone. I've been broken up with my ex whom I spent 4 yrs with for 4 months now & it hurts just as bad now as it then did. Also didn't help knowing that he started dating (diff women) right after the breakup. I've been in NC One month now. It definitely helps.

If you tried no contact and it didn't work, just move on with your life, trying to love someone should not be a battle you have to fight, if someone doesn't want you in their life, respect their decision and move on, it won't be easy by any means but you owe yourself more love than you owe😮your ex !

Funny thing is if you show that you're not affected by the breakup, they'll wonder why you're not doing the normal things that you would usually do like avoiding, blocking and being ignorant of them. It has been four months for me but I haven’t given up. Yes I’m sort of open to dating other guys (which I have done casually,) but you have your desires for your ex for a reason. If you loved once, you can love again, even stronger the second time around. Don’t give up.

Leave one last message telling her you did not do anything other than speak to this other girl and think it would be terrible and ridiculous if you guys are over because of something like that but if she doesn’t want to be with you then that’s her choice and you wish her luck (be strong and positive not weak and whiny) and then go into no contact…never reaching out to her again unless she initiates it first.

Well, not watching their IG stories is also the same or similar as him avoiding her on the train whereas before I have. I am avoiding watching the IG stories while we are still following each other on IG also signifies I am upset or hurt by her. Thanks! Now this is the only video that made me so confused …my ex lives in MY house with his kids. I used to wake up daily and help them get ready for school. But he uses me if I show up…and acts like he’s doing me a favor if I pick his kids up.Of course, I miss the kids but if I give him anything he takes everything and gives nothing in return. I would remove myself from their life. I am not married to him. I don’t understand why he still asks you to pick up the kids? I guess it depends on if seeing them is affecting you. There's not much you can do about that, you can't stop her from going to the same Gym. You can either switch to another Gym or do as you're doing with your time.
