Yes, this medley is a tribute to some of the giants in traditional gospel choir music. Honestly, my heart grieves because we are losing our gospel choir sound. Our radio stations are not playing them that much anymore, for the sake of contempary music. We need them all, traditional and contempary. However if we are not careful, the black gospel choir sound will go by the wayside and claimed by others like our other genres. Let's keep the gospel choir sound alive in Jesus name!

We've lost most blacks that have visited our white church because many whites don't have the soul for real worship. As a white man, I truly can get down with the Spirit in a black church. The nearest one to me is Crusaders on the far south side of Chicago. I live in the near northwest suburbs.

I can Sing but she underestimated me so I left and God led me to another Church it was African American loving people of God, I became a member then got accepted in the Choir. also I graduated from NYU Clive Davis Institute of recording music. I forgive her but it cannot be forgotten.

Watching Rev. Clay Evan's reminds me of my dad, Joseph Sherman, singing in church. He loved the Lord and was blessed to sing Bass, and Alto...occasionally he could hit the high notes🎶. Our God said to stop sinning in many many scriptures and He paid for everyone to be cleansed of sin (Isaiah 53), and to live how He said. He dwells in the Holy temple (your body) and said not to defile the temple. He said to defile the temple is death. He's always serious about everything He said to do. He's just as serious about what He said not to do. We live in obedience to His law, every word if it! He dwells within us all to be with and lead us in His ways. 💕🙏🔥 🕊️ Deuteronomy 28 there are blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. The whole chapter, and verse 46 is one example of generational curses. These go into the following generations, the 3 and 4th. Our children pay the price for our sin. Stop sinning you are sending consequences to yourself and to your loved ones, children. By God's law you are. If you don't believe me ask Him, in Jesus name may you see and know the truth in it's fullness. Love your neighbor as you love yourself. Jesus is worthy of everything He said and paid for, so I implore you to do as God said. Jesus said If you love me you will obey my commands. I met Rev Clay Evans 40 years ago at the airport in Jacksonville Florida. I wasn't saved but I heard his voice and recognized it and spoke to him and he ministered to me right there. I will never forget that experience I told him if I ever come to Chicago I was coming to his church He smiled and said come on boy. I will never forget that day. RIP Dr. Evans.

Yes, this medley is a tribute to some of the giants in traditional gospel choir music. Honestly, my heart grieves because we are losing our gospel choir sound. Our radio stations are not playing them that much anymore, for the sake of contempary music. We need them all, traditional and contempary. However if we are not careful, the black gospel choir sound will go by the wayside and claimed by others like our other genres. Let's keep the gospel choir sound alive in Jesus name!

We've lost most blacks that have visited our white church because many whites don't have the soul for real worship. As a white man, I truly can get down with the Spirit in a black church. The nearest one to me is Crusaders on the far south side of Chicago. I live in the near northwest suburbs.

I can Sing but she underestimated me so I left and God led me to another Church it was African American loving people of God, I became a member then got accepted in the Choir. also I graduated from NYU Clive Davis Institute of recording music. I forgive her but it cannot be forgotten.

People need to turn from their wicked ways, Jesus paid for it. That's God stating it in that verse and there are more verses. People need to repent, to be cleansed by His blood and live Holy because He's Holy and righteous because He's righteous. Our God said to stop sinning in many many scriptures and He paid for everyone to be cleansed of sin (Isaiah 53), and to live how He said. He dwells in the Holy temple (your body) and said not to defile the temple. He said to defile the temple is death. He's always serious about everything He said to do. He's just as serious about what He said not to do. We live in obedience to His law, every word if it! He dwells within us all to be with and lead us in His ways. 💕🙏🔥 🕊️
Deuteronomy 28 there are blessings for obedience and curses for disobedience. The whole chapter, and verse 46 is one example of generational curses. These go into the following generations, the 3 and 4th. Our children pay the price for our sin. Stop sinning you are sending consequences to yourself and to your loved ones, children. By God's law you are. If you don't believe me ask Him, in Jesus name may you see and know the truth in it's fullness.
