I ordered the Pro plus a month ago got the bag and alternator charger for $199 bundle. Ordered the extra battery last week it showed up Tuesday Fedex will deliver the Pro plus tomorrow. I traded in a Delta max and extra battery, Great company to do business with. They listened and have really improved customer service. Thanks for the in depth videos on their products. Happy to see you let another dog into your heart. Been through that too many times myself. Swore I'd never get another one, yeah right.
I got mine during the B.F. sell, it was $1,099.00, It came with a nice leather carrying bag and two 220w new gen panels. I used my eco credits and got $200.00 off coupon and it dropped the price to $899.00. I think I got a steal of a deal, those panels alone on sell are $350.00 each, I got them for $125.00 each -$650.00 for power station, or I can say I got the unit for $600.00 and the panels for $150.00 each.
I've been looking at this particular unit because as I understand I can use it as a UPS when I am out of town and connect it to my fridge. If I have an outage it runs my fridge but the most important thing is that if the fridge runs the unit down to zero before the grid comes back on in the next hour or so, the unit will remember that the A/C plugs were turned on and will begin to run the fridge again. Would have been nice to have seen you demonstrate this on your video. The older gen one and gen 2 ecoflow do not do this. Once the units are rundown to zero when the grid turns on it just charges the ecoflow but won't turn on the fridge again. Can you confirm that the delta 3 plus does this?
Hi Shelley To my knowledge when you use it as a UPS, you have it plugged in so it’s charging the unit while it’s powering your refrigerator. Unless there’s a power outage, the unit’s not gonna run down to zero.
@@TechMadeEzy Yes, I understand this, but supposedly they included a software upgrade that if for some reason the grid goes down while connected to the grid and the fridge runs the ecoflow to zero before the fridge turns off too. When the grid comes back up, it will charge the unit back up like all the previous unit do but the difference is this unit will also turn on the ac plugs automatically thus turning on the fridge again. Right now if I use my Delta 2 or delta max if I run them down to zero the fridge turns off. When I connect the unit to the grid it will start charging again but I have to manually turn on the AC plug on, or the fridge will still be turned off. I thought that would be a good video for you to do since you already have the Delta 3 plus. Thank you anyway for your hard work.
Thx for getting back to me , hope I can explain this rt , when electric goes out I was putting this in my den , all my computer stuff is in there , but the kitchen is about 20 ft away , that's the cord I would like to know what size (amp) the cord should be. , thx for any help
I just picked up the River 3 and love it so much that i really want to get the Delta 3 too! Just a quick question and apologies is such a newbie question but i was just wondering why too much solar power will actually damage the unit? I understand that if you put too much power into something then it’ll overload but I expected the unit would have a kind of fuse or switch to protect the internals. I’m sure there’s an obvious answer I’m overlooking but can’t really think of it. Thank you.
All good, but that’s the reality of solar, The voltage is the killer, if you go over what the power station can handle. Maybe one day that will change but until then, it’s good to know 👍🏼
I too have the river 3, but apparently some aren't so good at UPS as others. I also have found that the algorithm isn't so perfect. It seems that the only way to have solar power your a/c output devices is by both charging and discharging the battery. The a/c pass though is via a relay (you can hear it click). Then it will power the output, and charge the battery. But there's no way to have the solar be a priority over the a/c. It will both power devices and charge the battery from a/c input, but only if you have not turned on the backup reserve. Also, I have placed it in between the grid and an older UPS (cyberpower) to increase the UPS time from a few minutes to over an hour. However, it keeps tripping the cyberpower, either by not switching fast enough or actually sending a bit of a spike (over 140 volts) or so says the cyberpower. I hope the delta 3 plus does a better job of UPS than the river 3 I got. But I might cancel my delta 3 plus order (back ordered at amazon) due around dec 5 2024, because I've seen too many bad reviews on amazon.
Hi, I currently want a device to maintain electricity at night when I work outside and use solar energy to provide energy, is it okay to use this device as the main power source 😮
@TechMadeEzy Sorry for the late response, I want to buy it to support my daily activities such as computer, mini washing machine and lights, mainly for evening activities and I plan to buy a generator with solar panel
Without understanding your total wattage needs, also device surges are important. In general if I had to recommend a device I might say look at the Delta 2 max, it's powerful and it's expandable. Here is a video th-cam.com/video/6JfnpATpC_U/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mrhsZ2jueFXIrKqV
i have a delta 3 plus on order thru amazon, but I'm thinking of cancelling because of the 12% 1 star reviews, seems the units aren't coming off the assembly line all working correctly, maybe that's why they are not available, too many glitches???
If you’re asking my opinion, I would tell you I wouldn’t worry when you get it if there’s a firmware update just do the firmware update, but I haven’t had any issues. It’s a nice little power station.
Yes I remember but I want you to know unless you have the same refrigerator that the testing for you might be different that's important when you make your decision to buy your power station
Good morning I can see that you’re new to the channel. One thing you’ll know about our channel is we will make detailed reviews of products in those cases with timestamps that allow you to move around the different sections of the video. If you’re looking for a five minute commercial on a product that probably won’t be us, but hopefully in the future, you might need more information on a product . Have a good holiday
I'm just here to warn everyone. ⚠️ I got one.the battery failed in 3 months. It was always inside and never got wet or dirty..they sent me a refurbished one as a replacement. The battery failed on it also. And they will not give me a new one. Don't waste your money and time on this junk unless you need a big paper weight.
Did customer service ever tell you what was the reason? I have one and now I’m nervous 😬 I guess that’s why the warranty went up to 5 years. I’ve been using it daily so far no issues.

Amazing EcoFlow delta 3 plus 😮😊amazing TH-cam videos
Best tutorial I've seen yet. You covered everything. Much appreciated.
Thank you I’m glad it helped
They just keep on getting better 👍 Great review!
Thanks so much Frank
Sunshine is getting big! We have a lab/Shepard and she looks to be the similar size. Love that chalky lab fur! She makes a great guard dog.
She is feisty ! Almost 7 months now
@TechMadeEzy that puppy phase will drive most crazy! We don't plan on rescuing puppies any more but older dogs.
Good EcoFlow delta smart Duo fuel Generator 4000W please show more test it out on TH-cam video idea 💡 😀
Excellent test...
Sorry for your loss of Brooklyn 😢
Thank you, and I hope you saw we have a new puppy after a year of waiting. My heart was definitely broken.
Loved the video!

Hi Jake! Welcome
First, did you like our video?
It already comes with a power cord. Is that not long enough for you?
Thx for getting back to me , hope I can explain this rt , when electric goes out I was putting this in my den , all my computer stuff is in there , but the kitchen is about 20 ft away , that's the cord I would like to know what size (amp) the cord should be. , thx for any help

@jakecvma8571 thanks

Hold the River 2 pro longer? What do you mean?
@TechMadeEzy que en un video anterior el river 2 pro duro más tiempo con la heladera me parece.
Go by the video BUT all refrigerators are different, my refrigerator is 2021 and very efficient not sure about yours
@@TechMadeEzy sisi al año pasado probaste un river 2 pro, y te duró 15 horas 50 minutos con la misma heladera. Te acordas?
