Ok not good not good at all. I worked so hard to lose 10 lbs and then watching you make and eat that bacon cheeseburger I gained 5 lbs back. I have told myself that I can’t watch anymore of your videos unless it’s while I’m on the treadmill. But that’s ok I have a treadmill so I can jump on it anytime. 😁😁😁Thanks for taking us with you.
