Can you please do a video for all the kind of insects and warms that are likely to be found in soil or on plants.. Which are good and which may destroy or hamper the plant.. How to get rid of the insects and warm that are not good for plant.
P.s my jade plants have been infected by small green snails and I am unable to get rid of them.. Thank you..

Can we use very small stones from sand same as size of perlite?
Also y'all can use pumice if you don't want it to come on the top of the soil, pumice is slightly heavier than perlite so it does not float on the surface when the plant is watered.
Plz let me know if mostera can b kept outdoors...thr is no direct sunlight as above thr is shade of trees

I am a new gardener. I use a readymade potting mix for my flowering vines in pots.
1) Do I use perlite along with it when repotting and if yes below the plant ball and how much?
2) another question not related to perlite is after using
Potting mix when do i add organic fertiliser?
3) another such question is nurseries send plants in red soil. On repotting in march end how much of that sand doni remove in plants like morning glory, mexican creeper, thyralis golden shower and other such vines

My harshringar plant is growing in red clay soil. When I give water to it it's not draining from the drainage hole. So in this case adding perlite to this soil it will become well drained?

Your monstera is si beautiful. Mine was inside...then near the window...it first shed 2-3 leaves..The single leaf remaining drooped and then developed tears ...now I have kept it outside..after 2 months I see 1 new leaf coming up...

Hi Ekta, on watering plants Perlite tends to rise up. How to avoid this ?
That means you used slightly more perlite or not crushed properly.
Use pumice. It has same properties as perlite, but does not float. And it also does not break down and hence can be reused forever

Mam one query i have that is....what was your education...like was it Botany/Agriculture or something other....... because I'm really interested in plant life. 🌱🌱 .and wish to make a career in it so.
She had taken up botany in bsc as she had mentioned once , then she did her msc and PhD.
If you want take up bsc there are many courses, botany, chemistry, zoology, microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology , forestry.
I am bio student thts why I know, I did my bsc and msc in life sciences as I love plants.hope its of great help to you, all the best dear.
