Caitlin isnt the greatest player of all time, yet. But its amazing how she just progresses. The Caitlin of the first 5 games, is not the Caitlin now. She truly is a generational talent.
With the nba all star game fading away, will the wnba all star game get some shine. I think they have the potential and the wnba allstar 2024 will make a statement. How do fans feel? reply
If the new WNBA fans coordinate just a little bit, Kate Martin will make the All-Star team behind Caitlin Clark just to show their fan power.
Not really. 50% of the vote is the fans and not every one of those fans are new and wouldn't vote for Martin since they would be familiar with league players. The other 50% are players and journalists and none of them would give Martin a vote over more deserving players. Maybe if it was 100% fan-based, but it isn't.

Hamby a great pick. I voted 3 times already. Havent voted for Angel. Just too many good frontcourt players. Like Aaliyah Edwards and Aliyah Boston.
I did vote for Carter and Mabrey from the Sky. And ofc Caitlin, the league's franchise player.
Diana Taurusi will be remembered more for her JEALOUSY than her immense accomplishments on the court.

Yeah, McBride is deserving but goes overlooked. She’s the best 3 point shooter in the league right now and is one of the main threats for a top 4 team.

Reason why I voted Mabrey. Man if Caitlin had her in the backcourt with her that would be sweet.
That might be one of the worst defensive backcourts in league history because it seems Mabrey is the only guard with slower foot speed than Clark, but I get you on the offensive side.

Like for all the grief Sky fans put on Mabrey. All Sky really got as a threat is Mabrey and Carter.

@@diIbert the sky were ranked LAST in preseason power rankings for a reason, presumably because they have a lot of talent gaps, are young, and have largely OVERACHIEVED so far. They really need a true PG who can create easy baskets and a SF who can defend the other team’s best guard / wing (Mabrey is a terrible defender because she’s too slow like Clark and Carter is too small).
@@SinisterAristotle Mabrey not their problem. Angel being so one dimensional is their problem. Angel really isnt a starter. But. She puts fans in seats so, it is what it is.
They going to have-to trade Kamilla to fill holes. Because Angel Kamilla do same job. So one gotta go. Kamilla is a starter, she will be great on another team.

@@diIbert i also give it to her for defense. She’s one of the best defensive guards in the league. Defense seems to be even more important in the WNBA than NBA because the former hasn’t adopted the ‘freedom of movement’ rule. They’re actually allowed to play defense.
