I'm sooo happy. I also would like to start building some muscles. However I do have a problem.... im a massive eater 😢 so I build muscle plus FAAAAAAATTTTT
Trust me when I say I’m a massive eater too 😂 It takes a fair share of discipline and commitment to a scheduled diet, for me. I have a lot of envy for people who can eat intuitively but my appetite would send me haywire if I didn’t keep a decent control over things 😂 Lots of water, lots of veg, and lots of protein go a long way at controlling hunger!
