You know youre in korea when the pc store has a food delivery service. Also i think these pc bongs are a big reason why koreans are the best gamers in the world.
From my story, I went to Korea (Seoul) this September and i also considered going to play some games at a PC Bang as i heard them being famous in Korea. So when i went to a PC Bang located in Hongdae just to chill, there was this guy thats working there, he was really damn helpful. As soon as i entered the place he came up to me with like really good english skills and stuff and helped me to navigate to get the best chair and to help me log-in. He was cool for that. I guess he just likes helping out foreigners. So, after spending 3-4 hours there gaming, things i noticed was, people there are friendly, kids come to play with their friends, kids getting picked up by their girlfriends there and go other places with them. People are friendly, i went to this one PC Bang like 5-6 times while on my journey in Korea and the workers, the players were never harsh to me. There was even a time that 2 random guys just came up to me while i was playing to ask me questions, they thought i was cool ( which i clearly am) and just had a lil peptalk there with them. I also tried the food that was served there, as Ben says too, you dont need to get up and get your food you just click some buttons and they bring it to your desk. The food was also good. For me it was a nice experience going to these PC bangs in korea, definitely will consider going back there on my next trip too.

I wish gaming cafes were popular in America fr. When I go to South Korea 🇰🇷 I will definitely be going to one. Just trying to meet some gamers from everywhere. And play valo against Korean players and then play league with Korean players who will absolutely decimate me.
Man I use to go to cyberworld down in Anaheim and that was our PC cafe. All my friends were into it. We'd play Counterstrike 1.5, battlenet games like Dota or Kodo Tag, half life was on there. It was just a good and simple time. You'd destroy people in counterstrike that were in that room and you could tell who you pissed off hahaha.
here in indonesia net cafe sometimes when we skipped breakfast when we going to net cafe or skipped lunch after school we bring a box of rice to net cafe and ordered some indomies there while watching some youtube or playing games xD
