I am fresh from University, I have been applying to various teaching posts and I was finally invited at one of the school I was Eager to Teach at. It was such short notice and I started to panic, mind you it's a Physics post and I'm inexperienced with interviews in the profession. I searched on YT, saw this vid and thought because it's lengthy, it might contain a lot of useful info. And boy, was I right. Esp the 'tell us about yourself' part, and knowledge of both assessment techniques and classroom management. I followed your tips, prepared for the interview, and it went exactly as predicted here. Today, I am employed, first call up and first interview, I am a permanent Sciences teacher at the school. Thus, after seeing this video I got an idea of how a lot of people go interviews 'ready' but not 'prepared'
