Indrani Mukherjee is an internationally acclaimed Hindustani Classical Vocalist, specializing in Khayal in Kirana - Rampur style and Thumri in Purab Ang. She began her training at the age of 3 with her mother, aunt, and maternal grandfather before becoming a scholar at the ITC Sangeet Research Academy under Pandit Arun Bhaduri. She took her proper training under her Guru Vidushi Manju Sundaram ji. Indrani has also learned from celebrated artists like Vidushi Purnima Choudhury Ji and Pandit Ramashray Jha Ji. She has performed in several national and international music festivals and is an Indian Council for Cultural Relations empanelled artist and an 'Outstanding Artist' at the Festival of India Ministry of Culture. Indrani is also a Spic Macay-enlisted artist and an 'A Grade' artist for Khayal and Thumri on the All India Radio. In 2021, she became a founder teacher with the Darbar Academy in the UK

​​​@@vedgupta7611Not actually. Pt ji, my dada guruji belonged to kirana- rampur sahaswan gharana. His gayaki contained kirana gayki, but his training was from Ishtiak Hussain Khan Sahb from Rampur. In fact, the drut ektaal bandish she sang is indeed a composition of Arun Bhaduri ji.
