Hi friends.
Todays recipe is a very special onion flower/onion blooming/onion fry.
Its totally made with Indian spices this onion blooming recipe is one of main street food in India. All kids and adults are liking this type of onion blooming recipe. The onion cutting is made by manually but everything of knife usage under parents control only. here in this recipe onion blooming recipe we are (parents ) used to cut the onion like blooming..
In this onion blooming recipe we had used egg for dipping other than this egg we can use all purpose flour mixing with water like dosa batter consistency. after this we should make a flour mixed with wheat flour corn flour with chilly powder and salt to make a great texture of onion blooming recipe.
In this process we need to deep fry this onion otherwise we shall use air fryer for better result. some people like to blooming with microwave oven.
