For everyone complaining about the pasta, remember that Freddy said that they try to cater to everyone, in order to appeal to more people, to make more money. Meaning, there are people who like this style, i.e. there is a demand for it.
I go here all the time. Was just there last week placing a $105 order. I needed some Palermo slices but they didn’t have any. There was however a new pie with French fries on it sitting there untouched. Another guy came in also asking for Palermo with no luck. If pies like this don’t affect the favorites, no problem, but they do, and the demand is so tiny. Love this place but trying to cater to everyone isn’t good. Penne on pizza ehhh. They should focus on cheesesteak pinwheels nonstop. Those sell out immediately but it’s hard to get them. Fred just said in a previous video you have to come early.

I go to krispy all the time, ordering for 4-8 people ($40-$100+ orders). No matter what the order list includes Trio and Palermo with margherita, vodka and/or spicy vodka and usually pestoroni. I have never been able to fulfill that order so I end up asking for whole pies. Meanwhile there will be a French fry pizza sitting there untouched. The house favorites should be available within a reasonable timeframe. Also you’re lucky to get cheesesteak pinwheels. Those sell out fast and should be pumped out just as fast. Not a salad pizza ya know. That’s always sitting there. Just my thoughts.

I'm not a business owner, but I'd imagine keeping the favourites in rotation permanently would be good practice. I usually only order double pepperoni with Jalapeños if there were none of those but a bunch of Hannibal long pig pineapple and toenail pies I'd be annoyed lol
