So happy to be rewatching this!! And as a teacher myself, I find this SO FUNNY: like I love teaching myself, but nothing, NOTHING, would make me go to these extremes to be allowed to teach! :D :D :D
How the hell did john get the teaching job?because his face would have been all over the news after kidnapping rosie, like the kids even reconised him at first.
Iittle did Colin Fishwhick know that inviting John to his party would set in motion a chain of events resulting in his identity being stolen, and him and his mother getting murdered by the very man he invited to the party lmao.
@@Sam_Bruntno he didn’t . Colin had a heart attack when he went to collect the money he was blackmailing from John . John and Charlotte buried him under the factory !

@@LeviJamesREbut she came back later on and started sending letters to John and sending flowers to the factory. What would she have done, have they managed to get Colin’s body back to his B&B, I wonder.
It is too hard for me to think of John Stape in the same light as other Coronation Street villains...he had an endearance and just seemed misunderstood. The storyline was so funny,i loved the scenes with Charlotte Hoyle's parents, its easy to forget he was a killer. It was more like a situation comedy.I was really sad when he died and would have loved for Fizz and John to have stayed together and brought up baby Hope ❤
Also he has something in Common with Richard hillman he hit his sicko stalker over the head with a hammer 🔨 and Richard hit his sicko exe with a spade ♠️
The way he told Rita he inherited the rug from his grandmother lol 😆😂 theses where the best days with the best villians and excitement it's not the same no more the soaps have all gone down hill not worth watching.

Fizz should've just finished with if he was going to pursue the indentity fraud..with the whole Rosie story as well John was such a weirdo. Fizz was better suited to Kirk/Tyrone. Was hilarious when Rita nearly caught them around the 2.5hr mark. Thanks for the upload.
I can't believe John was classed as a villian because he was good deep down it was just a accident with him but he was quick to cover his tracks funny tho 😆 but he wasn't like Richard Hillman or Tony Gordon or Karl Munro .
@@iancasey704 yeah and like, Tony Gordon killed Liam because Liam had an affair with Carla and I’m sure he tried to steal Carla off Liam because Liam always loved Carla.

To be honest, Fiz was wrong when she got annoyed at John and told him to accept everything. If he was with Charlotte and he carried on teaching, that would’ve been for the best. Charlotte was brilliant, the way she played it all out and she made Colin’s body get hidden better. She did the right thing with what she told Fiz, when Fiz went round to her house. I’m not saying Charlotte was right to pester John, if he didn’t fancy her but still. If John left Fiz to be with Charlotte, he’d have been able to carry on teaching. John was very much like Richard Hillman, everything he did,he did for his family, not saying it was right, but they both had their family's best interests at heart.
No insult to the actors in this storyline coz they played great parts But john stape as a character is the most pathetic worthless man to èver grace gods cobbled earth watching him get jittery and anxious and edgy was getting me like that and in some ways I wanted to punch every person that wouldnt take his first answer to every question and suggestion they gave him Bùt as silly and stressful this storyline is the actors in this pulled it off. Thanks for adding this. Charlotte was hilarious. Making her new age was a brilliant touch.
I've been trying to find John Stape storyline for ages, almost 4 hours worth and so many parts. Thank you so much for this, can't wait to watch it all
This whole story line keeps me on the edge of my seat! 🤣
"You and Dosie Plebster" 🤣
John Stape’s story was a fantastic mix of comedy and sensation that Corrie used to balance so well. It’s crazy how recent this quality of story was
this storyline was mental lol
You can't spell comedy without paedophiile
John was a hapless fool but well meaning. Such a well written storyline. Quality writing and Fiz dealing with the aftermath too ❤😮
The fact that Owen said John way more than necessary near the end there was too good 😂😂
God, this storyline was absolutely golden. Humour, unease, unpredictability.... one of the best 👌🏻👌🏻
John was so daft and funny!
Rewatching this storyline, so funny especially his interview at the school . 😂😂😂
I keep rewatching it and finding new things each time, I love this series
Lol when John bought the rug down,"I thought it might look quite nice Infront of the fire"😂😂
haha!!!
He was probably quite stressed at that moment so he got annoyed.
This is brilliant. Thank you for creating and posting this. I LOVED this storyline, esepcially the female teacher who got obsessed with him.
Charlotte was crazy! Half woman half pistachio

Me too! I haven’t watched Corrie in years since I was a kid, and for some weird reason I’ve been watching all these storylines that I remember 😂
Lol it just gets funnier and funnier as it goes along.

Not exactly golden Corrie but this is so good compared to 2024
I never knew he actually took another mans identity until now but this seems a great story line
