We used to be regarded as "CUSTOMERS" (as in the customer is always right & customer satisfaction guaranteed & customer service)... today we're all known only as "CONSUMERS"... big difference.
Try working in customer service. The customer is often of the assumption they're right without understanding simple explanation, you can never please everyone. Some people live to complain
we rarely had tv when i was a kid. there wasn't any cable and our set was always on the fritz anyway. so radio was really important to us; for news and music and even the CBS Radio Mystery Theater. then, a few years later came Prairie Home Companion. they were hard times in many ways, but we were still happy.
I enjoyed the first clip "More Than Meets the Eye" the same way I enjoyed Negativland's advertising-centered albums, e.g., Dispepsi. Thank you, this was fun!
That strangelove guy was such a massive dork that I instinctively didn't believe a word he was saying, even though it's 2023 and I'm terminally online.
Somehow that "Strangelove" guy isn't too credible with his "sex and drugs" tshirt and lame psychedelic-camo jacket. And those special effects are nightmarish.🤒

I try to sleep watching ghost channels and even gamers playing spooky games. It kinda works, but Sleepcore is the gold standard of amazing content.
A/v geeks is also a pretty damn good one too. Their lunchtime show is full of great 16mm film stuff.
Brings me back to the things I would watch late at night growing up in the 80's and 90's.
Reminds me how many staples of life in the past have gone by the wayside.
You def come across some classic shit. Gold star 🌟
"....Look ma' no hands"...
LoL
I love this channel, enjoy having your stuff on in the backround "All The Time"
Good Brain Food ..!

Can't wait to get home and watch.. Thank you, picsandportraits!
The Synthavision animation reminds me of the film they showed in Jurassic Park for the tour through the laboratory. "The dino-sower"
Actually.. those soda cooler vending machines were damn reliable. Theyd still be around today if they were able to change the amount of money per soda
After I watched this, I stopped doing drugs.

Love it, but now I need to go to bed...
Thanks for sharing
I love that style of cartoon art.
Totally seizure inducing!
What's the background music from 22:45 and onwards?

Love his accent, though. The 'oatlet' at the 'coffee hose' =D
