sir video acchi hai...par agar waha they toh bolna jarur chahiye tha ki reinforcement jaali jo andar daal rahe, saare ko lakwaa maar diya hai...puri ring tedhi.....reinforcement bhi load lene ka kaam karta hai....agar mai uske original position se jaise taise daal k concrete karwaa du...toh wo galat hai...aur aisa koi book ya IS code nai sikhaata...I have already worked as site engineer and know ki thoda bhot galti hoga hi...maine bhi kiya hai...lekin rings itni tedhi aur ring mai cover disc bhi nai ek bhi....aapko tokna chahiye tha....ya ho sakta mere aakho ka dhokha hai...either way it can be but I simply put forth my point

1. No cover blocks
2. Very poor spacing of helical rings
3. No L in bottom cage
4. No Proper lap
