If depth of pile is 25m then we have to excavate upto 25m or 500mm extra and why??
It depends on depth of pile and working Space... If somewhere working in a water then you have to build temporary coffer dam,, and due to this dam we excavate extra depth due to level of NSL. Else other it's not necessary to have extra depth, it can be wrong because you have to take care of steel overlap in the pile cap, so be careful while measuring pile bore depth from NSL

actually we have to bore 500mm extra of pile depth because at the time boring soil fall inside the depth which is mix with concrete at the time of concreting so when we pour concrete it will come up as a pile head and we have to break those pile head through excavators and removed before casting of Pilecap.
@@jauherayub8826 Not so..we have done more extra than 500mm bcz of silty sand collapsing ,so we did 2m extra depth boring then cage insertion

I disagree with your point on viscosity of polymers/bentonite. Min viscosity shall be above 60sec . Less viscosity always causes bore collapse. Viscosity between 80 to 100sec is perfect for any strata.
Also polymer doesn’t cause rusting of rebar , because after cage lowering , concreting has to be started immediately.
I am a senior engineer in RRTS and executed the piles with same principles with great success

Water Seepage and water flow area main pile kaisa kare pile karte karte water fill ho ja Raha hai tho uska koi solution or expansion for is code waise
Here you are wrong in bridge open footing or raft foundation is also used below pier but if hard strata is not achieved at a particular desired depth then pile or well foundation is taken into use depending upon strata on site 😊
