Cherry Audio GX-80: The GX-80 is a hybrid virtual synthesizer that combines the iconic sounds of the Yamaha GX-1 and CS-80. The GX-1, known as the “Dream Machine,” was a groundbreaking polyphonic synthesizer from the 1970s, featuring advanced polyphony and expressive controls. The CS-80, its descendant, is celebrated for its rich, warm analog tones and was famously used by artists like Vangelis. The GX-80 emulates these classic instruments, offering dual-layer voicing architecture, polyphonic aftertouch, and over 1,000 presets.
Cherry Audio Eight Voice: The Eight Voice is an emulation of the Oberheim Eight Voice synthesizer, one of the rarest and most sought-after vintage synths. Originally released in the late 1970s, it consists of eight independent voice modules, each with dual oscillators, filters, and envelope generators. This setup allows for incredibly rich and complex polyphonic sounds.
