I forgot to mention at the beginning of the video that inorder to have the DC power outlet to work it is required to install the Relay. Relay installation video is coming soon (very easy less than 5 minute).
Thank You Jerod! yes you can do it too, just start it and eventually it will grow, when you least expect it. So go ahead and create and post and dont worry about getting traction immediately, it will eventually. Let me know if you need any tips on video, light, sound etc. I am no professional but I can help
@@TLYRIDER I was looking at purchasing the PUIG windscreen. How tall are you? I'm wondering if I will experience the same problem with wind directed at my head/helmet
@@mrq1701 I am 5'7 and the wind hit directly on the top part of my helmet and it's bad at high speeds. It help to completely eliminate the wind hitting the chest but I can't tolerate the wind hitting the helmet and the wind noise inside the helmet is even worse. I think may be a taller Puig screen might help, mine was medium height one.
Yes relay install is pretty easy , I should have shown that. Take the panel out from lower left side and plug the relay and put the panel back. I might have a video of that panel when I I am installing the givi trekker panniers. Let me look and share you the link
:-) lol. I hope you will enjoy the investment. I am no way affiliated to booster plug nor make any money on sale they make, but I feel the difference in ride quality after the installation, hope you see the smoothness and less engine braking too. Let me know your experience
TLY RIDER : Sure I’ll.. I’m not adventurous as you’re in installing it by myself.. Hoping against hope that there’ll be a time soon when I feel safe to get it done at Service center !

Could tou share the link to instalation of the DC relay ?
Oh, well, good clip but the relay instructions still did not show up (searched your channel).
Thank you! This is another project on my to-do list!
You are welcome! Yes another less expensive and not so complex one.. And pretty useful one for long rides
Very informative man! Your channel gives me hope that I can grow mine as well haha. Keep up the good work!

TLY RIDER much appreciated, I may take you up on that when I have some questions coming up soon.
@@MegaJET1983 For sure, anytime
I noticed you had the Puig windshield mounts here? Did you try one of those out as well? I bought one and then returned it because of buffeting.
Yes, i still have the windscreen, however i removed it for the same reason - buffeting
@@TLYRIDER check put the Vulcan s forums on fb, you can probably sell it easily.
@@ferociousfrankie yeah that's a good idea, thanks , I will post it soon

Anyway to have the dc mount on the left side instead?
No, the mount is Right side only and the gear indicator is Left side only.
I assume this is the OEM DC power outlet?
Yes
Do you have a link where can i buy it cp charger?
I bought it on Amazon
c est quoi le numéro de pièce adapteur usb
Ok sorry , i was too hasty with my criticism, you already planned to do something in next video.
No worries, thanks for watching

Can you please proved a link for the relay and the outlet?
IiI suppose someone else might mention this but I find the cable running across the front of the display is rather untidy.
cable didnt bother me as much as the heart shaped headlight
I'll never understand why they made this a 12v socket and not a USB!!
So you can install the type of charger you need. It also allows you to remove it when you're not using it so there's no parasitic electrical drain.
BTW, I’ve bought Booster Plug based on your recommendation.. Hope you’re ready to write me a check for Rs 12.5K if it doesn’t work as expected 😉
