The most iconic aircraft in one place at the same time, awesome!
WW2 American aircraft and 1960's Muscle cars! Gotta love the United States ❤️🇺🇲🇺🇲
Ruined that beautiful Corsair with all that red bull crap.
Maybe, but if it had actually been painted on by someone during WWII you'd be sucking that artworks d**k wouldn't you? There is far worse actual nose art than the RB crap. I don't like the advertising either, but without it and the funds generated FROM it, that Corsair would be most likely graveyard scrap.
So, choose. What do you want? Living history capable of flying or molding rotting scrap? Pure historical restorers and museums work with very limited funds and sometimes take decades to just repair a couple of ailerons. RB with their marketing, sales money, and connections could potentially refurbish an entire airframe in a single decade.
What do you want? We can't have all our cake and eat it to. I don't even like Red Bull and don't buy it. Still, I have no problem with them advertising to be able to keep planes like this in the air. 1000% better than the scrap yard, isn't it???? Be logical and honest.
Agreed. Think of the fuel costs.
Red Bull should piss off.
