It’s so fricking hard to build actual houses in sims console. I play one ps4 and let me tell you, it is so stress inducing
I play on PS4, but the most infuriating thing, is NO CC AND MODS!! Also, it's a bit hard to build houses
just wanna let y'all know that this was the first ever speedbuild i ever watched! :) that was over a year ago now and now I've successfully gotten the game myself and started my own builds :D
I love how much parenthood you used in the kitchen! I only have parenthood and city living, which means it's easier for me to use this house!

From what I can see it’s mostly parenthood cats and dogs eco lifestyle and seasons mixed with some other packs

Sometimes I make a fancy master bath with like the corner jacuzzi tub and stuff. But that’s rare and I usually make the bathrooms all the same in a build. And, in general, the bathrooms that aren’t masters are usually 2 by 3 with the door in the middle tile, sink and toilet on one side, and shower/tub combo on the other. It’s a bathroom. IDK what to do with them. Lol.
I think they just made another chemistry table to add a new kid’s thing. They added they another art table, which was not needed, so I am glad they added that chemistry table too. The other only comes in that green swatch and a lot of builders have said they don’t use it because it doesn’t match most of their kid’s rooms. I have most kids have it simply because it’s an easy way to get the mental skill but it never matches. I am so happy they added the new one with a few swatches. And it looks newer and similar to the higher quality things they release now.

How do you always end up building builds that will end up being perfect for my game?! The family I had talked about I was planning the future of the youngest daughter of the one cousin and I wanted her to have a big family and live in Brindleton Bay and I haven’t found a big house that I really was into but then you did this, I made sure to pause and put it right into my save!

The science table probably because it fits with the asthetic of the Snowy escape pack. It being more geared towards the 'Japanese' style of build/buy, and where they are the leading in Science and Robotics probably >.>

my biggest problem in any of the sims is being happy with the layout of a home, and wanting functionality and realism. at first I was a little on edge about the split brick up the first floor and siding on the second, but it actually pulled together really nicely. I'm going to have to sub for building idea's ALONE.

The routing issue can be fixed in my experience by "deleting" any fencing that goes across the staircase - even though it's not visible, you can ctrl-trace the fencing and sims can go up the stairs now. Unfortunately that might mean having to re-define rooms and re-delete floors and such...very fun

Absolutely *love!* all your builds and videos, I have so many (including this one!) that I just can’t wait to try out in my own game haha.😂😍🙈 I do have a request however, if you take them & I know you’re on break rn but could the next family home you build possibly be an even *bigger* one, like this??😁🙈💖? I like to provide everything for the Sims I’m playing with at the time, so a home like this with maybe another bedroom, garage, & room for a pool/hot tub/outside kid activities would be perfect haha.☺️🙈 Just a request/suggestion, def do it in the style you like as I like this kind of house style as well, thank you for reading and I hope you feel better soon hun!!🥰💖🙏🏼🙌🏼!
Here’s a suggestion u could do like a blended family apartment and have the mom and the dad and then their daughter and her fiancé. And also have the little brother and sister twins of the girls. I would say that the mom is a stay at home mom that takes care of the two children, and then the dad works as some type of engineer or mechanic. I think that the daughter is could theoretically be in like grad school or something and then the fiancé is a business man who is very invested in his work. I think that the apartment would have a very cozy traditional style but whatever u think. Also I think that the daughter is in higher education to become a teacher and that her style is very cute, colorful and trendy and that she tries to add her accents in the house wherever she can. Also I think that the little girl and boy of the parents would be twins and the boy is very into cars and trains, while the little girl is more into the outdoors and bugs and stuff like that, I would also recommend that they’re children and not toddlers.

They stated they did that chemistry table. Because they only had one. That had been in the game since the beginning. And otherwise it would be another coloring table. Which they have about alot of by now.
And like you said. The one we have isn't the best in color swatches or design. 😅

Hello there? Can someone tell me please how to rotate so precisely objects? Not the hold + alt, but the way an round arrow shows and you can move objects my milimetrs. I can't find anywhere how to do it

How did you get your fencing so close to the edge of the property?! I've been trying for ages to do that!
It can be placed within one tile of the edge of a lot! 💕 But if it’s a debug fence you can use ALT to place it super close!
I have trouble with color schemes and all that when building in the sims..but you nailed it! This house is so cute and i love all the colors and clutter you put in. Also, do you have any reshaders? My game looks kinda dull.
