So I do ask in the mean section of the deck do you mind me asking why you aren't running more efficient hate bears since the angel is a good hate bear too like Thalia, guardian of thraben or the other Thalia or glowrider with vryn wing mare tymna the Weaver is also pretty good because it's not only life gain for the angel but it's also card advantage to leonin relic warder with dance of the dead or animate dead with a blood artist effect is a more efficient combo line than the one with the two enchantments thats 10 Mana vs 6 Mana for the entire combo all in all though huge fan of the content I just subscribed thank you
@@Foxribble19 I never mind anyone asking!! Normally I try to highlight cards that aren't the TOP cards of that strategy. I include them sometimes to highlight points but for the most part the 'normal' or 'best' cards are known. Basically i try to pick under the rader choices that are still viable cards so I can change it up.

One thing that should be mentioned, she'd kills most combo loops cold. Even of it's no mana, most combos have cast triggers. She's a rear-naked choke that starts in your command zone and just sinks deeper.
The way I thought is actually the mean way. I want to put draining effects and tax. I'm focusing on additional effects that makes opponents lose life and ways to prevent lifegain with erebos, god of the dead and scorched earth. That way the opponents are going to see how painful is that life drain. To make games slower im putting all of rule of law effects I can find and full of board clears that orzhov colors have plenty off. You cast your commander basically without tax and your opponents have to rebuild their board all having that 2 life drain for every spell. For flavor win I'm mixing demons with angels. Those heavy fliers are good blockers and may win through damage too. That's the main idea I got as it can be pretty budget. I still have a long way to tune it but seems fun on paper.
This is one of the few cards in excited for so far. Seems like I never see people talk about Wound Reflection, and this seems like another great deck for it. Boon Reflection looks pretty good, too, if you go for the life gain part. I'll probably throw my copy of Hatred in there, too.

If you want to go really mean, combine Blind Obedience or Authority of the Consuls with Storage Matrix. It doesn't lock players out, entirely, but it forces some really hard choices on your opponents, especially if you're running a bunch of creatures with vigilance. It won't make you any friends, unless your table appreciates really difficult board states, but having to choose between casting spells, going on the offensive, or protecting oneself, one or more turns ahead of time, is a great way to throw players off-balance. Season with a Teferi's Puzzle Box and a Smothering Tithe to keep them off balance, and keep yourself casting big spells to really force the table to think their way out of this punishing hellscape.
I was thinking of putting in a daxos and heliod for some synergy with the white mana and just a counter adding machine with the lifelink as well as a luminarch aspirant for more counters a Vito for more drain and since I am playing a cleric version I’m throwing a Taborax for card draw and potential lifelink but gives people a target if he is on the field. As well as a Orah and cleric of life bond for that as well. Possibly able to swap commanders in the Orzhov category to make the deck play a little different each time.

my favorite deck is my Elenda the dusk rose deck.....lots of life gain/drain with aristocrats benefits it can get dirty quick and uses alot of the pieces you mention
I really like the sacrifice and life gain power couple Krav & Regna they're pretty spendy commanders but I would love to see what you could do with that

My "fun"way playing liesa is to drain myself and win with [[Neardeath Experience]] or swith lifetotals when im down to 1
