As a white suburban kid growing up in the south, I can say that Eminem was was second step into the world of rap music. The first was bands such as Linkin Park that came out about the time Eminem was getting big. That had a rap element to the rock I liked and was used to .
Lis Liaer same linkin park and Eminem coming out at the same time got me into it all
I'll be honest metal biker dude. I've only subscribed to a few reaction channels. But by far, yours is the newest and best. You actually listen haha. Beats, lyrics, message and all that. This is an early frontrunner for one of my new favorite youtube channels in 2018. There is unlimited possibilities here and you're only going to grow with each new song and album you review. You're also going to completely fall in love with this genre by the end of the year. I can see it coming.

Powerfull words at the end
Your reflection at the end of this video hit me hard. I spent grade school in Indianapolis where I had more black friends than I even knew white people. Then when I hit Jr High, my parents moved me to farm country in the middle of Illinois. I didn't know what racism was until I moved there. I didn't participate and typically walked away when people started with the comments, but man I wish I had the balls to speak up. It is sad how bad seemingly good people can get when out of earshot and when they think you won't be offended. I moved to Detroit three years ago and it even bothers me how much I get it up here again with people who think you're not going to be offended. I've made friends then quickly lost them once a racial subject popped into a conversation. You're a truly big man to be making this musical journey like you are. I applaud you sir.

Just went to a show at house o blues in Anaheim. His beats are fabulous his lyrics cut deep. He doesn't cuss at all in his raps and I get just as hyped listening to him as let's say hit em up by 2pac. WARM UP...KNOW...STATEMENT...LIE...MANSION...brother there are so many more. This song is a diss to white america for “caring” all of a sudden about hip-hop content/lyrics only because Eminem was in the lime light. And they started making his life difficult. Constant lawsuits and censorship, etc.

white america was always one of my favourite songs. em was so in tune with where he was at and his place in hip hop at the time. the hook is fire and the beat and the intensity in his voice is chilling. metal biker dude do a reaction to the eminem show. amazing album!

I think you are my hero!!! It takes balls to say what you said in this video and I mean to people you know who you might not be friends with anymore, because of that statement. I am hispanic and grew up in an all white neighborhood and there were a few select people who were nice to me as a kid. They were seniors, but everyone else so mean. My schools however, were mixed and I never experienced racism so much as when I hung out with black people, even hispanic people being assholes to me! I am one race and that is the HUMAN RACE!!!! The struggle is real and the fact that you feel in your soul the music and the lyrics makes me love this channel even more!!! Kudos to you and to your daughter for expanding your music playlist!!!!

Thank you for doing this song, it gets requested a lot and many reactors won't do it. Like you I'm the black sheep, I'm 48 now, however, I believe I was born into that role. Not only have my belief system and my actions been very different from my family, we finally hit an impasse which forced me to leave at 16 and I never looked back. I learned along the way that you CAN create your own family and I am truly blessed to have caring, nonjudgmental, open minded and loyal people in my life who love unconditionally. Please don't feel bad for pausing, I'd rather you do this than miss something. Once you start getting into mor BAR heavy songs remember that what Em is famous for is his Rhyme Schemes and double and triple entendres so it's a little more labor intensive but definitely a labor of love. Enjoying the ride so far. Let's Go!

Racism in 2018 is unbelievable. We as humans are failing and will never live out our true potential as humans until we accept each other as humans. Nothing more, nothing less. If I could I'd like to recommend an artist to react to by the name of Nas, who is a legend in the rap/hip hop community. In specific a song called "I gave you power". To me it's more than a rap song. It's poetry and I believe you would enjoy it

I think you'd be pretty impressed with Eminem's No Love song from Recovery. Also Rap God from the Marshall Mathers LP 2 for pure lyrical genius. For me personally when Eminem went to rehab, I wasn't sure about him after he came out, but after hearing No Love, I knew he was back with a vengeance.
Eminem Show is definitely Eminem's greatest album! Worth just as much the watch as MM LP, if not more
