Team Corally Muraco review - Full test

- We are big fans of the Team Corally RC cars and we have a new car on the channel.
this car is an amazing 6s lipo compatible 1/8 scale truggy styled RTR . This car is definitely an absolute animal and has so much power.
The Team Corally, Muraco is crazy fast and rips up the grass on 6s, lets take a look at what you get in the box and take it for a quick spin.
We have put it to the test it on the track up against the Corally Radix 4 and then put it up against the Arrma Talion for a battle of the RTR truggies.
Amazing aesthetics and crazy power this could be the best racer on the track at our next popalong session. a "1/5th Xmaxx dust cover" fits suprisingly well and a 100mm LED light bar fits very nicely tucked up under the wing for a rear light...

Great video again! I’m with Mark think rc cars look better with clear or slightly tinted windows. Prefer it when they look more like scaled down real cars. Probably why I really like the tamiyas.

TC makes great rigs! Diff tuning is a must if you run 6s
We tend to run it on a 4s and it is great.

Great video lads. Loving the channel.. I was really looking forward to this review.. Can you pick a favorite out of the Muraco or Talion? Or is it too early to say? I have an EXB Kraton and really want the EXB RTR Talion but I do love the look of the Muraco.. Reviews like yours are great to watch as I'm so keen to hear what guys like you who know their stuff think..
We have had yet more time playing with the Muraco and it is great .
The power unit seems better than the Talion as it is faster and punchier.
Actually ran it on a 3s and it became even more drivable and was able to stick with the Talion on 4s.
Due to low grip surface at the moment it is hard to choose between as both cars are great fun and evenly matched.
Comes down to performance vs durability … that being said we still have not done a full send with Muraco but that is not how we roll

What you said about the power system of the Muraco really makes sense because I have a Hobbywing Max 8 combo in my EXB kraton and when I drive with my mate who's got a V5 rtr 6S kraton with the spektrum motor/esc combo (we both race around on 4s and we're exactly like you guys in that we love racing around drifting etc and are not into jumping etc so much ) my Max 8 has so much more power than his set up. I know we've got slightly different spur gears but in reality the Max 8 hammers it.. As I understand the Muraco, as is most of team Corally's running systems, use Hobbywing gear ( are the motors rebranded Hobbywing's?) which seems to explain the power you talk about and that I often hear mentioned when Corally cars are talked about.. I'm going to really watch with interest all your videos you upload with this Truck as I'm keen to see how it goes long term.. Like you guys I'm not into jumping the cars and sending them into the sky so handling that type of thing isn't important to me but being robust enough to handle the odd tumble etc is..
I'm 48 and just got back into the hobby a few years ago and I have to say I'm loving all your guys content. Especially love watching the racing footage on the grass drifting around etc.. Thanks again and keep up the great work.. Cheers..

I love TC. We've got a 2021 Python , a few mods have made a good car great. HD steering blocks , front bumper , hard springs , MX badlands , 15 tooth pinion and 20,000 front 50,000 center 10,000 rear dif oils. We run it on 4s 100c lipos. It feels properly sorted

Have you had a chance to compare the Muraco to (1) Kraton 4s; and (2) Traxxas Maxx?
python owner here great value i got mine secondhand with different esc motor combo 4s max but to be honest it’s more than enough python v1 has adjustable turn buckles whereas radix range has set ones
can i ask what run time are you getting from the radix i’m getting @10-15mins and it cuts out but not sure if it’s been heat or voltage
With short breaks between mini races probably looking at 15-20mins
@@PopalongRC ok so mine is about right then not used to this lipo and brushless world come from a tamiya hornet in the 80s the nitros in the 90s-00s and been 1/5 scale till a few years ago now crawlers ftx zorro and a python and a dusty fg beetle running nearly 7hp but i’m loving the quiet running simple setting up and no complaints
Hello. Im new to your Chanel. What's the difference between the Shogun ? What do you think are a great starter car? Radix 4/6 , Shogun /Muraco or Kronos? Thanks for help. In Germany the Shogun are one sale for -33% price . Including the chassis brace .
It all depends on where you plan to drive as a beginner I would start with 3s or 4s
6s cars are crazy fast and therefore more likely to break when crashing at high speeds.
Shogun Muraco is a great platform

Depends what version you get
I believe they are very similar in terms of performance.. the old shoguns can me with different tyre but I believe they are now the same …
Not totally sure as we do not have the current shogun

Totally stock at the moment but going to put 2000 in the rear diff👍
They are well designed and extremely powerful. However, they don’t 100% stand by their stuff. You really have to go above and beyond to get warranty claims done.

Guys what would you choose? The Radix 6s or the Muraco?
Good question, not yet tried the radix 6 but highly recommended the radix 4 and Muraco, I’ve heard good things about the 6 also👍
