last year Spags was always praising the high intelligence of his defensive players, it stands to reason that brilliant play callers and defensive coaches need smart players to execute these in-game changes. I feel like this isnt talked about much, i suppose because its hard to measure, but surely if you draft/trade for players who are not just physically good but mentally sharp is key, its one thing to memorize plays, its another to understand them enough to change on the fly or within game
The points that these guys are missing is the Home crowd of the Steelers and the renegade song! Also special teams, Boswell is having a great year while Tucker is having his worst year.
It seems that the Chiefs are inventing a new approach to an old game. It takes the opponents time to figure out how they need to play the Chiefs throughout the game, only to realize that when they finally figure it out, they're too tired by the 4th quarter to do anything about it. The Broncos offense at the end of the last game was impressive and broke the mold...almost. 😊
The Chiefs are going to run basic vanilla plays in different formations, make sure Buffalo gets it on tape, then use those same formations to create new plays if they play Buffalo again in the playoffs. Reid is playing a different game than everyone else, he knows exactly how to win a championship and is in meta mode. The Chiefs are always trying to win, but they do this every year in the regular season. If they see Baltimore again, they'll have something for them too.
Lamar has to be the greatest player I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen so many people talk about how to stop one player before. People are creating think tanks just to figure out a way to stop Lamar. I’ve never seen them do that with Brady, Peyton Manning or Mahomes.
Yet, they are able to stop him in the playoffs! Please don't mention, Manning, Lamar, Mahomes to Brady. Mahomes is on his way but not there yet. Players like Jordan, Brady, Kobe and Tiger woods are on another level. They were able to pad stats and win MVP'S but their DNA is championship. All that is on their mind.
@ why not mention Lamar with Brady? Lamar affects the game more than Brady ever did. Plus, on an individual level, Lamar’s first 7 seasons blows Brady’s out the water. I’d bet money Lamar will win a championship eventually. I watched almost all of Brady’s games from 2007 until he retired. Nobody was wondering how do you stop Brady. Everyday people are asking the question how do you stop Lamar.
they’re using regular season games to practice until it’s winning time, it’s dope they got this far undefeated.
I love the Pavement album cover in Mina's background. Great band! Keep up the great content!

Fun Fact: John Glenn at 77 was an astronaut aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery in 1998.
Fascinating off-top stats.
Patrick and the refs are phenomenal players

loll hes quick to point out chiefs flaws but not other afc teams
Coach is right about this lady. Russ been to two Superbowls . He beat Mahomes and Brady last season on a bad team. Russ is battle tested, Lamar isn't.
I’ll be back to see these guys cope come Monday #HEREWEGO ⚠️⚠️⚠️
