This video from 2019 was produced to support the Bunkai Strategies Newsletter. One of the things that I push in the Newsletter is why I often leave stance out of my demonstrations. In a weird synchronicity, tomorrow's Newsletter (2024 issue 2) is about stances, and in the Newsletter I specify that once again.
