  • Increasing patient engagement and satisfaction is a key objective of value-based care. So, how can this be accomplished? In this video, we'll explore how the current CMS reimbursable programs Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) can be tied into how you accomplish this value-based care objective. Both of these programs increase patient engagement and satisfaction by allowing you to stay engaged with your patients in-between appointments. The patient can be in the comfort of their own home, but the programs keep the patient engaged in between their appointments. As patient engagement is increased, it should increase patient satisfaction as well.
