PFFFT! Oh god.... I just read Corrle 4s bonus. The Buzzdroid PTSD has been activated and entered the chat. Admittedly I think SMG Studios does the Buzzdroids pretty well (not that iv used them mutch as the black sun), they are still kinda terrifying. DAME the Pelta Frigate packing HEAT! I mean their still Light Turbos but a TurboLaser is a TurboLaser. Hmmm, yeah its got 2 Triple barreled Turbos mounted to its Bow and I think the Duel Turbolaser is on a Turret somewhere. and the 4 Heavy Lasers are its secondary weapons/anti Fighter weapons. OOOOO Nice spins Today! We have a fleet comp now, YAY! As a previous comment said, Phase 1 and Phase 2 have their pros and cons. I think Rex's idea of mixing the 2 would probably be even better. Like I distantly remember reading the Phase 1 armor has a full under armor body seal which is COOL (and useful in space), but it is not exactly practical for movement purposes. Meanwhile Phase 2.... Ok I really should read up on my Star Wars lore one of these days. Although If I remember the Visuals correctly Phase 2 has thinner plates or more separated plating, its just "cheap" but practical so to speak. Heck if anything mass produce the Clone Commando Armor, expensive stuff but its got personal shielding among other features. Ya know.... That is something I'm surprised the Clone army doesn't have more of, Personal Shielding. I know its expensive and a hazard to your health but, your wearing combat armor, it makes sense to have a personal shield on top of it. Like the Clones are Front line Infantry so it would make sense no?
@@jaywerner8415 I think the easy and very believable argument is that personally shielding each clone would be extremely expensive for such a large army. Also I’m 99 percent sure that phase 1 armor is legitimately tougher then phase 2 but much harder to maneuver in and stuff like that which overall made it better for combat
@@captonx2 Yeah I keep forgetting how expensive shield tech is, which is probably why Disney/EA came up with the "gun shield" in EA Battlefront 2. As I said, I really should educate myself on Star Wars lore. I am pretty sure Phase 1 is more protective as well just Visually (from what I remember) cus its FORM fitted and covers the Clones from head to toe, barely any gaps exposing the Black under armor (Their is like... 4 small gaps maybe, for the Elbows and Knees to bend) to be seen. Phase 2 on the other hand has alot of separated and smaller plates of armor for added movement flexibility, but their upper arms are very clearly exposed and there are more gaps between the plating. Not to mention Phase 1 allows you to survive IN SPACE without an air tank. which also means you can't Drown in theory, long as you can swim that is. Like.... I guess I would compare it to wearing a BOMB SUIT vs just Body Armor with Plates.
