I was so torn between the EDT and EDT on this one and picked the EDP for its staying power, but you're so right, the EDT has a clarity and lightness that's so, so beautiful. Ahhh, regrets!
No regrets they really are both exceptionally beautiful fragrances!

I just bought the Ebay replica. Couldn't afford the real thing at the moment, but being a scent fanatic I had to try out... And you're right, it's a gorgeous scent! I think the person selling it has the eau de Parfum version because i got all coconut and light fig the first few minutes and once it blended into my skin oh my goodness!!! Heaven! Sorry if i seem like I'm cheating by buying a dupe, but it smells exactly the same for a fraction $$. Loved your review of this...

You did a very good comparison between the EDP and EDT version, but somehow I don't feel the EDP last longer than EDT, probably because the EDT isn't so weak to begin with. I also tried the Premier Figuier Extreme L`Artisan Parfumeur, by the same perfumer Olivia Giacobetti, she made the first fig frangance ever for L`Artisan Parfumeur, then created Philosykos for Diptyque. I was quite let down by Premier Figuier Extreme, mainly due to the heavy, cloying sandalwood basenote in it, which make it very perfumy/powdery....
The main difference for me between the edt and the edp was the intensity of the coconut/creaminess. I liked how rich the edp was for sure/ But that little bit of crispness in the edt really won me over! Both have terrific lasting power for sure
Dyptique is my second favorite perfume house. My favorite is volutes edt, which I believe is discountinued. I also enjoy eau rose and eau duelle to name a few.
Jay Nine I've never tried Volutes edt, but I have the edp and *love* it. Give it a whirl!

Thanks! Been battling between buying a fresher fragrance like Diptyque Neroli or this. I ended up buying the latter. It smells really great and unique and will add it to my “creamy, milky, powdery” fragrance collection. Hope i dont lose interest in this one.

Hello I've just purchased edt travel spray. Yes it smells coconut creamy on my skin, i love it. and now am thinking to buy the edp. Please give me more suggestion how to pick between them 😭😭 (edt or edp).
