    U know whats actually richest in PUFA? Canola oil. Eat saturated animal fat like all of humans did before agriculture.

      So just because Canola has PUFAs, then all foods with PUFAs are bad? Even though research shows when you replace saturated fats in your diet, your risk for heart disease goes down.
