    If only they will tar the roads then it will be a liveable estate but until then stil a sham and mere Igbo ukwu community development upgrades

    This is what I have been pointing at. Anambra is a state that every other state and citizens from others should be envious of, but the billionaires or well to do from that state are not willing to develop the roads and other infrastructures. They shouldn't wait for the government of Anambra or Fed. They should take a queue from Mbakwe when he initiated a development strategy that warranted a levy to be imposed on all igbos to develop imo airport.

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That is it. An Anambra friend told me they built the roads in their estate at Lagos.

      @@YangaLife I can see! Personally, my culture is similar to that of Yoruba as I speak the edoic language. But you know what? Those bigoted Yorubas will still refer to us that come after ore as Omo igbo. It's only when they, the unenlightened ones, hear my surname that they get amazed and wonder how those of us from southern part of Delta bear Yoruba named. You can't continue to develop a place where the indigenes hate you as a tribe

    What I see here is that the residents are waiting for govt to tile there roads,while they go far away Lagos and contribute and interlock there estate street,.
    Shame on the residents here.

    Are the roads private roads ? If they are not , the
    the government should schoulder its responsibility because the residents pay taxes that should take care of that. Majority of the estates are developed without following the right sequence .As it is done in developed and developing countries where the regulations put out there by the town planners are strictly followed , the roads should be paved and modern underground drainage system put in place before the buildings start springing up .

    • @YangaLife
      @YangaLife  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The open drainage system is not the best for the residents in the estate and by extension all the sprawling towns and urban centres in the South East because of mosquito infestation and the scourge of malaria .
