Brother thanks for the good work keep it up. Pls I have a request, can you locate the new Anambra State government house and update us on the level of work in that project by Soludo led government
We will give it a trial. Thank you
Wonderful houses 🏘 and very useless street only few places look like where humans inhabit tufiakwa our people
Everyone is saying the same thing. What is the way forward ?
Beautiful
I see.
Very beautiful ❤️ but at least they would have finished construction of all the road inside the estate
Beautiful indeed. Noticed unpaved roads anyway.
I remember when i was informed about this estate then in the year 2007 but the money was not just available wow am amazed at how developed it is. love what i see.
Everywhere especially SE is viable for investment
If only they will tar the roads then it will be a liveable estate but until then stil a sham and mere Igbo ukwu community development upgrades
Every viewer is saying the same thing but this particular comment nailed it.
This is what I have been pointing at. Anambra is a state that every other state and citizens from others should be envious of, but the billionaires or well to do from that state are not willing to develop the roads and other infrastructures. They shouldn't wait for the government of Anambra or Fed. They should take a queue from Mbakwe when he initiated a development strategy that warranted a levy to be imposed on all igbos to develop imo airport.
That is it. An Anambra friend told me they built the roads in their estate at Lagos.
@@YangaLife I can see! Personally, my culture is similar to that of Yoruba as I speak the edoic language. But you know what? Those bigoted Yorubas will still refer to us that come after ore as Omo igbo. It's only when they, the unenlightened ones, hear my surname that they get amazed and wonder how those of us from southern part of Delta bear Yoruba named. You can't continue to develop a place where the indigenes hate you as a tribe
That cry of wisdom is becoming loud from every corner now. The people been refer to should use their tongue to count their teeth
Beutifull well planned estate.
But am highly disappointed ☹️.
Am very sure of your response. Though many share the same opinion with you.
Bro good work here again👋
Thank you very much
What I see here is that the residents are waiting for govt to tile there roads, while they go far away Lagos and contribute and interlock there estate street,.
Shame on the residents here.
Its not that the houses are rented, but owner occupied building.
Here is supposed to interlock not tied up. In Abuja Lagos road are being interlock like leki Lagos standard
You are very correct
Are the roads private roads ? If they are not , the
the government should schoulder its responsibility because the residents pay taxes that should take care of that. Majority of the estates are developed without following the right sequence .As it is done in developed and developing countries where the regulations put out there by the town planners are strictly followed , the roads should be paved and modern underground drainage system put in place before the buildings start springing up .
Very correct. Private or not the road be of good standard
Village estate.
Hmmm!
Very shameful beautiful mansions with dirty roads
Everyone is saying the same thing on bad roads.
Wires should be below the ground
👍
As it's stand now Imo State needs Rural housing schem and electricity and solar powered street lights mostly in the Rural communities Area's
Southeast and indeed Nigeria must continue to forge ahead.
@@YangaLife okay try to cover uburu ekwe in ISU LGA Imo State let's see
Very Special assignment that needs proper environmental assessment.
@@YangaLife okay I hope to see the uburu ekwe video
Cee sand every where , government knows how to fix dis problem of sandy and dusty roads still yet Dey don’t want to fix it , Nawa oooo
🤔
The open drainage system is not the best for the residents in the estate and by extension all the sprawling towns and urban centres in the South East because of mosquito infestation and the scourge of malaria .
Correct
Y Anambra like this 😢bad and dirty road 🤦
That's what everyone is saying
Where is the side walk? Open drain not good
Exactly
Why dont they plant grass on the side of the road to prevent sand on the road, open drains and sand on the roads makes it look like a glorified village
👍
Are there lambs for sale in this estate?
Yes, but at the extension
The roads are bad
😜
Disappointed
Not surprised on your comment.
Just wasting one's data
Come on, just because of some bad roads?
