Great work, looks good and a thorough full service, and a nice man. Anyone complaining about the price is insane. Give the man his $4. Why do people give a working man a hard time as if they are all out to get you? He wants to provide to his family too. Whenever I travel, I'm okay paying the "ripoff" price that's still 80% less than here. He's working on the damn street, let him enjoy a good day too.
Exactly dude.. So many of the people around the world do an amazing job and it's ALWAYS cheaper than what we'd usually pay in our country.. Even if they're charging the "tourist" price, it's really no big deal.. Once 2 chicks in Thailand were haggling with an old lady who was selling bottled water for like 20¢ a bottle.. And these two girls still had the audacity to try talk down the price.. People got to eat too smh
I am so glad you did not edit this video heavily, speeding it up. The pacing was superb. Really highlighted how thorough this man was. He was so meticulous! Bet you felt like a million bucks afterwards. Well done to you and the barber!
So many things about this create an art piece and also crack me up 😂 the busyness, the noise, the somewhat violent head scratch/massage, the dude shouting across the street randomly during and the absolute perfection of the woman’s face on the smock 😂 🤣 I love it
I don’t think Xiao is concerned about it being too expensive, he told him he’s a tourist on purpose I think. And he brought a camera rig too. It’s all for the content 😊
as someone who is an introvert I love how there wasn't too much small talk and he was genuine with his questions that he did have. Made me feel comfortable even though i wasn't getting the haircut lol
Indian barbers seem to really go above and beyond. Very thorough in their approach. The haircut, shave and head and facial massage were quite a bargain for $3. I was thinking he was going to do a neck cracking at the end like the gentleman in an earlier video in New York did.
I totally love your haircut and eyebrow look. He did a terrific job and put alot of time and effort in his work. You got a haircut, eyebrows groomed, shave and massage. You look like a new person. The price he charged was not expensive at all for all that he did. Here in NY they would charge you triple or more.
Because it is cheap for an American, doesn't mean it is cheap to the average Indian. Purchasing power and parity play a huge role in how expensive services are to individuals. Your dollar is so much more valuable outside the West.
I can't believe most of you think 300 Rupees (Less than 4 USD) is expensive for a haircut, shave, facial and head massage. Last I checked the average price for just a haircut in the states is 50USD.
They mean it's expensive by Indian standards. To know if something is too expensive you always have to compare with other local prices. There is always a place somewhere in the world where it is more expensive. But still: The guy is from new York, I don't think he heals cares is this costs $3 or $20. For him it's still a better price than especially cause the video is monetized😅
50 USD???? i've never paid more than $12 here in US. But still I agree, I'd pay the foreigner price in these places and not complain. I'd LOVE a haircut for $3 in my country, why should I feel different about the deal I was getting because I'm in a different country? People who haggle in poorer countries are scum.
There are people in some countries which could charge you a lot more than they should. I don't know how much this would normally cost but $4 seems more than reasonable and if you think it is expensive don't tip. At $4 I would still tip.
People saying he got scammed seem to be ignoring the fact that this single video will generate 100 fold what he paid. It's more than fair for this very interesting video I think.
I don't know what is better...the Samantha Fox cape, the incessant honking for seemingly no reason, the unexpected spritzing of the face, or the advertisements every thirty seconds. 🤣🤣

As he was doing the stuff on your face I was mesmerized watching this guy do his thing and it’s weird I got the tingling on the top of my head and felt relaxed as I watched him. Hard to explain why and it’s a feeling I don’t get too often. My barber won’t do my eyebrows either unless I ask her to and this guy was willing to do it all like above and beyond for you and for a lot less money too than what I’m paying each time I get my haircut! Thanks for sharing! I’d say too don’t say you’re new to India you could get charged too much for anything you purchase there or get deceived too. I don’t know but I’d maybe say I’m just in town for the weekend or a couple of days etc.
You got ASMR tingles my dude. That's why people watch ASMR videos. Lots of haircut/shave ones too. Go chase those tingles!
New york be like:
@@FreeSki4Life720 not too sure about that all I could hear was horns almost constantly. I didn’t hear anything I just got some sensations just from watching him do the whole face routine. I don’t think I’m an asmr guy I’ve listened to that stuff just for fun and I don’t really get it I just think it’s weird to be honest.
@Mark Allen nah asmr is visual as well. Not only sound. The tingle is the same.
The feeling of getting your hair cut by a complete stranger got taken to 1000 with this 😂 what do you say when all you know is the basics 😂
