    Ingredients:
    4 chicken legs.
    Salt.
    black pepper.
    some vegetable oil.
    do on each side.
    1 tbsp or 30 g butter.
    1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil.
    Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
    3-4 cloves of garlic.
    1 large red onion.
    Fry for 1 minute.
    Add garlic.
    1 tsp paprika.
    2 tablespoons flour.
    3-4 ripe tomatoes.
    chop finely.
    grind in a blender.
    200-300 ml broth.
    some black pepper.
    Salt 1/2 tsp.
    Rosemary.
    Add salt, pepper or other favorite seasonings if necessary.
    Simmer over low heat for about 25-30 minutes.
    3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
    Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes.
    This is incredibly delicious chicken in gravy!
    Garnish.
    Cauliflower.
    Cut like in the video.
    Boil in salted water for 3 minutes.
    Make puree.
    Add butter and cream.
