i think if it is ok with your fans is to have charaters that are not in smash but a fan favourites that people want in smash like banjo and kazooy or crack bandicot also i dont know how long ago this was but when you made ( i think it was a vote) you said zelda has not been made yet but where toon link came from the people who made it also made zelda

Also, a lot of his personality also comes from the webcomic, Brawl in the Family, where he's a bit more of a villain than in the games.
