The knee actually has a full, deep bend; you just have to put a little more force into it. Also, you're supposed to unhook the front of the hip-skirts and allow it to swivel at the back to allow for more movement of the leg. You'll be able to get full movement.
Thanks for the comments, mine was stuck pretty hard so I thought it couldn't bend any further, so just like you said with more force it moves. As for the hip-skirt, does your pop off from the ball joints? because mine pops off completely even if I unhook from the front as well.
WHOOOOOOOO HOOOOOO YESSSSSS!!!!! Fyi. Both Rubber and cloth have thier pros + cons. I have been useing cloth gloves for a year. The 2 major things I do not like is. 1. They get caught/stuck in the sharper parts and could break off some pieces. 2. You can't really feel the figure or the coldness of the diecast. I got cheap rubber gloves from walmart 100 pair. They are non latex and powder free. Really cheap also. I keep cloth gloves for quick things so I dont waist. But overall I think you will enjoy the rubber gloves 100%. Hands will get a little sweaty but that is the only downside. Ps. Get ones that fit
I think the weak connection for the side skirts for not breaking if mis handled.. as such they pop off often.. and the peg/tab is for just suggesting where it should be place since you can removed it for slightly better leg movement
Just on your point about ratcheted joints over friction joints, I really wish more metal build type toys would start opting for ratcheted diecast joints instead of friction. They're already so expensive and the worst thing that could happen is for them to get looser over time until they can't even hold a pose.
Exactly, but some people dislike the ratcheted joints because of the angles are that you can set. However I personally think that this can be solved by spending a little more time developing the rachet joint to have more increments and that should solve the issue.

To me, I want it smaller to be on scale with the gurren lagann 😂 (also on scale with gravion, dancougar, gaogaigar , may be only me think like this, many people like bigger is better) Next will be bandai metal build mazin zero, i am really looking for it announcements. Yeah, originally I thought it was on the same scale as the gurren lagann since they are the same manufacturer. However it will be difficult for other manufacturer to make it into the same scale.

Quick question on my copy of the Gurren Legann the shoulders have ratchets which are spaced out terribly was not thrilled with the ratchets with GL but it display nicely and I don't " play with only display " was your shoulder ratchets with GL spaced out like mine?

The knee can bend further than that it's actually a two part joint if I'm not mistaken.

From the look of mine, it doesn't have the spacing issue that you mentioned, it pretty close to the should ball joint.
