Both versions are good and both remained strong to push away their ex. My honest opinion is…never take back a ex after they were either toxic, abusive, cheating or just not right. I went through 2 bad relationships and they both begged me to come back but I didn’t turn back. But if it ended well but wanted to try again, then that’s the choice on the person. My other thought is not a question, but thought is when someone says, that you're not happy and it's coming from a genuine friend or family that knows you that's something to listen to. Because they genuinely want to see you happy, it's not a horrible Ex that manipulates you, so I wonder is there a part 2 or will there be ?
