Thank you for this video! I've been wanting to learn setup for awhile now since my jobs have been very manufacturing based. Unfortunately because factory setting is very male based, none of upper managment wants to train. So I've just become a botton pusher with no growth in any of the companies I've worked for. Even though I'm hired on as setup machinist. But I'm sure I'll get there someday! Thanks again for the great video!
Spirit level table setting method. and vice fixed jaw 0 setting method . Next Edgefinder setting with rpm 800_1000 RPM information ....probe align edges method explanation information very good sir 🙏
Good afternoon, I need assistance in setting up a CNC milling machine with BOX WAY guides after a spindle collision with the vise (crash) . Before the collision, the spindle moved only along the Z-axis. The machine has lost perpendicularity between the X and Y axes. A technician was called in, and he attempted to adjust the perpendicularity by tightening the wedge bolts and repositioning the wedges of the Y-axis to achieve a 90-degree angle between the X and Y axes. From what I’ve read online about the construction of this type of guide, it seems this approach was incorrect for properly calibrating the machine. The technician inserted a TEST BAR into the spindle for test spindle position. The perpendicularity of the spindle in the ZY plane was corrected by inserting SHIMS between the spindle holder and the Z-axis guide carriage. The perpendicularity in the ZX plane was adjusted by changing the tension and the position of the wedges in the Z-axis guide. Apparently was an incorrect operation. What steps should be taken to properly align and adjust the machine after such a collision?
I've been enjoying your videos. I recently got my first vertical milling center and your videos have been helpful to me in my learning process. I am curious about your video set up. Are you using OBS for the multi cam shoots & streams? And are you using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for transmitting the video signal? And one last question, are you using GoPro's inside the VMC? Thanks!
Yes, we create live sessions, which are designed to be dynamic in nature, so that we can directly engage and address questions and concerns with the audience. We have our next event scheduled for April 28th, hope to see you there!
Really good content. I was able to refresh my CNC training. Thank you!
Great to hear!
Thank you brother for this video please keep making more your really helping. Thank you! Have a blessed day
Thank you, I will

What is the machine tool? I would start with static checks.

Yes OBS and capture cards. Hardwired cameras, and Cameras are Sony action camera and ION action camera
@@MrCNC Very helpful. Thanks!
excellent video
Thank you very much!
Keep doing more set up videos please
will do
Hello sir , im thinking getting cnc course but this video or program is good for every cnc machine ? Thanks
Yes, it is. While it focuses on the Siemens SINUMERIK cnc controller, the basic setup procedures are the same for other machines/cnc combinations
Why spi enable and machine cannot take cutting tool from turret
Why SPI?
On a manual machine, 850, cnc 1000 edge finder speed
Nice
is this really live?
