Fantastic stream worth waking up at 5am Australian time to watch this live. It was nice of Spooky to answer people's questions they have about the game
Awsome game and stream well done @ScottDanesi @SpookyPinball & @deadflip ... Bowen love the simplicity and ballancing of the bonus. Watching @JackDanger danger tilt on his 3rd ball I thought how cool would it be if there was a real cost to tilting.... so if a player tilts that not only do you end the ball but instead of getting zero bonus you get a negative bonus so the bonus you would have recieved is subtracted from your score.... thoughts????
This looks pretty damned strong. Love the callouts, love the light show, love the layout overall. Not sure about the choice of having so much black on the PF, but otherwise it looks great.
Looks like a fun game. Am I the only one though who thinks the plunge seems clunky and almost like an afterthought? I wish it was smoother and looked like it had some purpose other than just dropping messily into the right orbit.
So funny story..Spooky Pinball is based in Wisconsin, which I knew, and I watched SOME of this video (not knowing where they were) and LITERALLY the next day went to I/O in Madison cuz I saw this machine on their Madison Pinball facebook page news feed.. As I'm playing I look down and I see a little cut out of...Mr. Dead Flip?! I've been following this channel for a good bit now.. (Sorry I'm terrible with names though...lol) Then I turn and see the long haired pinball wizard in this vid.. at the time he was slaying on their Killer Queen they have there and went straight back to this video and realized I was playing exactly where this was filmed... such a uniquely cool experience! All you guys rock!!! Go Dead Flip!!! I'm going to the Midwest Gaming Classic would love to bump into you guys! This will be my first year!! PS... I got to play SEVERAL games of this and LOVED it..AMAZING lighting! However I read on the Madison Pinball facebook page that it had its new code in and I'm not sure if my experience has to do with that.. but at about 10pm I started a game, launched ball 1, and the sound cut out and flippers wouldn't work for a few seconds.. the ball drained, but the pin never sensed it and started its ball search but eventually I tilted it hoping it would restart... no dice. Sad end to a perfect night! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! CHEERS!!!......Dave EDIT: I JUST watched the part where its in beta and I probably had their same technical issues
Question for Spooky pinball: Why do you continue to promote this game if it's sold out? Does it really help your cause to convince people they want it just to have them find out that they can't get it?
You can't buy them anymore, spooky only does limited runs, the limited edition was just a cosmetic upgrade to the base model, still only 750 made in total.
@@CatalystNetwork Not true, all 750 machines of both editions were sold out in around 4 hours. The only way you can get one is to take over someone's reservation or finding one at a distributor.
My train of thought is that they are promoting their game, thus in-turn promoting their company. What's wrong with showing off their hard work? Any publicity is good publicity.
I hope these guys blow up and get funding to make more of this table.. its GREAT. Unless limited runs are their thing. I'm in Wisconsin and played this the day after watching this.. but I didn't realize this was filmed at I/O.. I found it using the Madison Pinball facebook page.
I love the callouts and the lights, but the game still seems incomplete to me. The plunge is very underwhelming and I don't like the pop bumper instead of a traditional bumper. I would have liked to see a more standard pop bumper field, a bash toy and metal/wire ramps. Spend less money on the RGB lighting and put metal/wire ramps in. The plastic looks terrible.
B3zz Williams Yes, he says at one point there is a specific post by the pop bumper for post passing. I’m on a small screen, but it looks like it’s at the center bottom of the pop bumper.

I played this machine yesterday, gotta say is my new favorite.
LOVE the humor in this pin!
they need a tilt call out that says "in bird culture that's considered a dick move"
Our friends! Can't wait to show this off someday soon in a Horrorhouse Fest! Congrats and keep em coming...

supersnappahead it’s awesome! Reminds me of Time Machine
Wow, this game looks awesome. Love the teleport shot!

rollergoalie16 upper shots look clunky as well.
Looks cool, but seems like everyone had a really tough time getting to the garage.
best Theme ever.. i wish you did it justice..not my favorite but still would play it.

The games looks fantastic, can’t wait to play one in the UK
sick play, i salute u dudes!
What a great layout
That soundtrack is a straight banger
Fun to watch, great quality you guys got it down
Modern pinball machines are so bad ass. This one raises the bar.
Man I wish they’d buy more licenses to do another run on this game. I want one so bad.
Man...... shots off the middle flipper look really clunky. I'm actually a bit worried after seeing this vid.
Looks like a fun machine to play. Too bad it was having so many technical issues.
looks awesome, and very hard
Hipsters playing Rick and Morty....perhaps this called the Corona upon us
Woah, this game is awesome.
where is this? Looks fun
io in wisconsin
can you stage the upper flipper ?
if no, why not ?
If no, then it is a single leaf or opto...
Nice

Agreed. Would have paid extra for wire. Plastic always looks god awful after a few years too.
So you would want this game to be like every single modern cookie cutter Stern machine? I appreciate the ingenuity of Spookys design here.
@@matthewdonnelly718, not necessarily. The playfield just feels a bit... empty
Why does this look like they played it safe and just copied AFM?
I love the call outs though.
Can you post pass from left to right?? Lol 😝🤪
