Great content. Why is there music playing? I find it so distracting when listening to dialogue. Please leave it out.

There is nothing new about reducing representational paintings to abstracted forms. When I taught art at high school during the 1960’s my pupils used to do the very same thing with works by Rembrandt, Tintoretto and Caravaggio. It taught them to discern the powerful compositions and depth in chiaroscuro paintings. They used pastels on black paper, with a layering and smudging technique, concluding with “impasto” highlights. The results were magnificent abstract works in tones of warm browns, black, greys and creams.

From a hand reading perspective, Flora's thumbs indicate an extremely strong will, this has to be compared to her palm and it's artistic line.

I’m a fan of Lee Krasner as well. However, the pre-drip work of Jackson Pollock is everything Lee aspired to but better. Sorry, angry feminists, but compare Pollock’s Gothic or the Peggy Guggenheim mural to the best of Lee’s work.
Flora exceeded Krasner and makes exciting work. Flora’s recent work is on par with the best of Abstract Expressionism
